  Han tardado un poco más de lo que dicen y han realizado dos envíos, además cuando compré uno de los productos aparecía que tenían en stock en la aplicación y finalmente pasados casi siete días me avisaron de que no tenían, así que elegí más película APX100. Hoy me ha llegado en el segundo envío los dos APX400 y las cajas estaban abiertas.

  i missed a proper tracking system for the packages. I felt confused and unsure because i couldn't follow my package and I wasn't sure when it will even arrive. But it arrived in 5 work days as it said on the website and I loved that.

  Web site was easy to navigate. Delivery was a few days longer than predicted, but acceptable since it was between Christmas and New Year. Camera itself is disappointing. I expected better quality photos, especially in low-light conditions. I'm talking about daylight indoors, not night time. When shooting with a flash the camera does not take it into account so over exposes the picture. I could probably work around this and improve the quality by configuring settings manually, but that defeats the point of this camera.

  I was very surprised at how fast my order arrived from Spain especially as it is the Christmas season. I am really happy with the quality of the camera as well as the great price. I have no hesitation in recommending AGFAPHOTO. Excellent.

  My purchase was super smooth and easy. I do recommend agfaphoto for all! Even though I ordered a red camera, they emailed me that the color is out of stock and gave me the choice to change the color or have a refund. Their costumer service is a 10 and they reply fast.

  I am very satisfied with the purchase. I especially want to thank the consultant Alexia who helped with the purchase. I would like to ask if there is a possibility to get the User Manual in Lithuanian or Russian. I know Russian better than English. Good luck to AGFA and Alexia
