  Compré dos bombillas 5w T10 por 9,98€ + 3,99€ de envío. Cuando me llegaron, vi que no encajaban donde necesitaba y solicité la devolución. Yo tenía claro que los 3,99€ de los portes no me iban a devolver, lo que no me podía esperar es que, no solo no me devolvieran los 3,99€, sino que me cobraran otros 5,95€. Total, que he devuelto unas bombillas, por las cuales pagué 13,97€, y me han reembolsado 4,03€. Llamo a atención al cliente para ver si se puede hacer o compensar algo y me dicen que imposible. Por 4€ no devuelvo unas bombillas que me han costado 14€. Qué manera más absurda de perder un cliente (profesional con taller). Ni voy a repetir, ni voy a recomendar Audioledcar a NADIE.
