  I have used axp-racing skid plates on a couple of bikes now. The plastic is quite sturdy and the plate does not vibrate or corrode. The company provided good service on order and delivery.

  Should have bought through a distributor. Major problems with shipping, and ZERO response to multiple emails and phone calls. Good product, terrible service. In the end, with no communication from AXP, and total rubbish from their shipping partner, I bought another elsewhere, that worked out cheaper. Still to this day have had no reply to any of the emails.

  I give them an A+. When I was looking for a skid plate for my 2024 KTM I couldn't find one. The dealer where I purchased my 2024 gave me an XP racing skid plate and said it would fit but I found out the 2024 was different than a 2023. Websites were saying the 2023 model AXP-racing skid plate fit the 2024 KTM but that was incorrect. So I contacted axp racing directly and they informed me they just finished rolling out the new skid plate for the 2024 and provided me with the new part number and helped me with my purchase.

  The skid plate did not fit my bike I have the Beta 125 rr 2T 2018 and the holes where the bolts attach were not twin to the plate. I attached the plate with cuffs and after 2 rides the plate broke

This product never met any issue from our customers so it would be more constructive if we had pictures to offer you a solution. contact@axpracing.com is our e-mail . At this point, we consider your rating unjustify as we didn't have any information to investigate about a potential issue. If the skid plate broke then, it may be cause of the "homemade" fitment that was not enough. Waiting to get any news from you !

  The website is easy to navigate and so it is to place and order. I made a pre-order for the new KTM 690 skid plate but I didn't get info about when I was going to receive my order. So I had to write the AXP Racing team and they kindly told me. I had an issue with the skid plate because the AXP Racing team didn't take into accout the KTM crashbars when designing the skid plate, so I couldn't fit it. I had to trim the new skid plate on both sides to fit it. Afterwards, I let them know the issue but they didn't care much. I finally sent an email to share photos of the trimming I did, to help them improve the desing or at least make customers aware of this issue, but they didn't even reply to my email.

  Nothing to say about pre order stuff, a delay was indicated in the product page until it's in stock so the message was removed. About the design of the part, it's clearly indicated on our website, on the product page. Looking at "CHARACTERISTIC" chapter, it's written "Fitment and compatibility with any other accessory not listed above cannot be guaranteed with your purchase. Any changes made by you are your sole responsibility and cannot be taken care of afterwards." So the fact that the skid plate is not compatible with crash bars was a clear information, no mistake from us. You were aware from this and ordered the product so it's your own responsability.

  The fact that the skid plate is not compatible with crash bars is not a clear information at all. It's under your "characteristic" tab and not under the "compatibilities" tab. And not, I was not aware when I ordered it due to that reason. Finally, I sent an email with photos of the modifications I had to do and I even offered myself to send you more if you wanted, trying to be kind and helpful, and you didn't even reply to the email. That is why I'm not giving you 5 stars, because clearly your customer support could be better, and so the info available in your website.

  Delivery Time was delayed by 2 weeks and parcel arrived damaged and was charged an extra £35 for import costs so made the item very expensive. would not order again from them.

  As your name is not precised, we can't have a look at the concerned order but we generally ship the order in 24/48h . The two weeks late may be a consequence of customs in UK which, with Brexit cause lot of issues and, unfortunatly, we can't manage politic stuff. By ordering from another country and being from UK, you automatically have customes fees.

  I bought a used 2021 CRF 300L Honda it had axp luggage rack and skid plate and chain guide up grades on it. I like these products so much I ordered a skid plate and chain guide for my new 2022 CRF 300l Honda I have ordered. I'm giving 2021 to my boy. Axp parts are awesome. Well made don't vibrate very durable. Highly recommend all 3 parts

  I have the rear rack on my Honda CRF300L and absolutely love it. I think it’s a great quality, strong rack that really looks awesome. I love having the handles built in to the rack. I would have liked to see a bit better smoothing of the bottom edges. (A bit sharp). It’s easy enough to smooth myself, but this one touch would make it 100% for me.
