  Immediate respons from Bartolomeo & over all satisfied. I would had put 5stars if there where not the following two incovinients . A. was informed about the delivery delay next day after having ordered, allthough I had asked before puting my order . Fortunatelly the delay was not too long B. Most important for me, I had paid an extra charge for delivery on my terrace instead of on street level. I was informed a few days before getting the table that this was not possible , I would get my money back but this was a great inconvinient as the table is very large and heavy .

  The contact lady was very kind and polite. The day when they receive money on their account they contact delivery service and in the afternoon DHL picked the rug. Delivery to Croatia takes only 2 days which is incredible. I didnt believe when I saw delivery service in front of my house. Realy great job. Perfect delivery.

  I was hesitant at first to order, as the prices were very reasonable compared to the exact same product locally. An issue we had was that 2 stools arrived, instead of 3. This was quite frustrating as we had to wait another month and a half for the 3rd stool, although they were all ordered together. Their customer service was helpful and they emailed us that day to apologise and to inform us they will be sending the 3rd stool.

  Once more excellent order fulfillment from the team at Bartolomeo Italian Design, even during these grim times. Order was delivered on time in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging (the product was mirrors). This is my third order and definitely I am going to order again from BID.   During the covid-19 period, multiple problem and order delayed for an unknown period. But no problem with Bartolomeoitaliandesign. They had a very good client service (before ordering, I asked a lot of questions about the delay, product etc...) and the product was out of stock when I ordered, they've announced around 10 days order to made, the given estimated delay has been respected, very good delivery service (no delay). The price was very competitive. The received product was well packaged. nothing is borken or scratched. Very satisfied.
