  For non French speaker easy to navigate site. Easy to sign up and track status of your order. Two confirmation emails when you order, status, dispatch of your order. One email in French and another in English. I personally used highlight and translate function in original email and so I not experienced any language barrier.

  I ordered the product, but then was advised it was on back order, something not made known at the time, After a few weeks it arrived, and in fairness to Beasty Bikes they processed and dispatched the order quickly, but then it got stuck somewhere in the post and did not get delivered for weeks. I was in constant contact with them and they tried to reassure me, but the package was clearly lost. I eventually asked for a refund after 5 weeks.....the day the processed the refund, the package arrived! They were always polite and engaged with me, but at end of day I wanted my package which was not forthcoming.

  Fantastic service and amazing customer support. I ordered a Burns helmet clip light. Sadly when it arrived it was not working. I contacted BeastyBikes and I got a reply right away. They helped me through some trouble shooting before sending me a replacment in the post. My new light has arrived and works perfectly. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Guys!

  Orders to the UK are subject to import taxes which is not made clear. Customer services said I either have to pay the taxes myself (amounting to 25% of the value of my order) or the item will be returned back to them and they will refund the cost of the goods but not the cost of postage. Postage is already expensive. It should have been clear that Beasty Bike would take no responsibility for the taxes.

  Despite the fact that item was in stock and therefore indicated 3/4 day delivery time - it took 3 weeks to arrive so disappointing. Also frustrated by the lack of communication ref tracking the delivery - I only heard from them after emailing a few times asking when my item would eventually be delivered. Item itself was fine.

  I will not use this company again. The product I received did not fit the bike in question. This is frustrating but what was truly annoying was receiving no reply to my repeated requests to return and exchange the product for a more suitable version

  I am a UK customer. There website said free postage over €100, this does not apply to UK customers who must pay £80. On top of this there are import duties of 20%. My bike cost me 30% more in hidden costs and I haven't had any response from the company about this. I can't see it in their small print either!! I could have used a UK company but Beastybikes appeard slightly cheaper than UK based conpanies. Unfortunately they cost me a lot more in the end. I am extremely dissatisfied with the cost, slow delivery and lack of meaningful customer service. I hope the bike is not damaged oe I will have to pay further transit costs to return the bike, none of which I am likely to see refunding for. Very bad experience!!!
