  We love our Berkey. Great Taste, easy to put together and clean. We save almost $2000 dollars in the first year compared to the filtered water from a brand named company. Best part is we save on time and gas when it was time to replace our empty bottles. Another plus is that the stainless steel Berkey looks great on our kitchen. Easy website to order and the delivery was on time as promised. Strongly recommend this product!

  I am very happy with the product and the fast customer service. It was impressive they responded immediately and replaced my damaged by delivery filter very fast. I am happy with the filtration system. Water tastes a bit better. I am not fully satisfied with the glass water spigot as it is quite expensive and the glass tube fills up with air from time to time and moves the small plastic ball above the water line which makes it confusing.

  Product wasn't in stock when I tried to order it, but subscribing to their update email worked as a charm. Once I got the message the product was available I could order it shortly after (although initially the website seemed to be overwhelmed by visitors for a short while). Delivery was rapid and price was very ok.

  Thank you for leaving a comment on your order. However, the Chronopost delivery did not seem to be delayed when checking your tracking. The normal delivery time is 4-5 working days for Finland.   Er ging iets mis bij de levering. Bij de eerste bezorgpoging was ik niet thuis en de order werd meteen retour gestuurd naar Frankrijk (zag ik via track-and-trace). Ik heb gelijk contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en ik kreeg spoedig reactie dat zij contact zouden opnemen met de bezorgservice. Helaas bleek er geen 2e bezorgpoging mogelijk. De klantenservice heeft gelijk een nieuw pakket laten versturen met GLS, dit ging goed. Klantenservice is vriendelijk en reageert snel.

  I am a bit cautious when it comes to online shops that are not based in my home country (Germany). Ordering products online for 300 € is not something I do every day. In the end, I just risked it. And - it all worked out perfectly. I ordered Tuesday morning and received the parcel Thursday before noon. This is really fast if you consider that the product is being shipped from France. I can only say thank you and recommend this shop. At the moment some shops offer pretty wild prices for Berkey products. I appreciate that berkey-store.com sticked to the fair pricing. Greetings from Germany Florian // Ich bin ein wenig vorsichtig, wenn es um Online-Shops geht, die nicht in meinem Heimatland (Deutschland) ansässig sind. Produkte für 300 € online zu bestellen, mache ich nicht jeden Tag. Am Ende habe ich es einfach riskiert. Und - es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Ich habe Dienstagmorgen bestellt und das Paket Donnerstag vor Mittag erhalten. Das ist wirklich schnell, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Produkt aus Frankreich verschickt wird. Ich kann mich nur bedanken und diesen Shop weiterempfehlen. Im Moment gibt es einige Shops, die ziemlich wilde Preise für Berkey-Produkte anbieten. Ich schätze es sehr, dass berkey-store.com an der fairen Preisgestaltung festhält. Grüße aus Deutschland Florian
