  I have been using Bitdefender Total Security for the past 10 months, and I am, overall, very pleased with the program's functionality and protection. Some years ago, AV programs used to be a hobby of mine and I've tried and tested many of the vendors - Norton, McAfee, Avira, Trend Micro, Kaspersky, ESET, AVG, Avast, Panda, Emsisoft, F-Secure, Webroot, etc. Until about 2 years ago, Bitdefender wasn't on my list of favorite AV solutions because it used to slow down the boot process and, generally, mess up systems. This appears to have been fixed - I haven't had any lags in performance for the past 10 months. Protection is very solid - over the last few years, the programs that get consistently the highest ratings (in real world threat tests or in standalone malware detection tests) by independent labs have been Kaspersky and Bitdefender. After Kaspersky became suspect here in the US, I decided to give Bitdefender another chance and I am glad I did. The program is quick, doesn't bug me with requests for input, and has plenty of tools and options (file shredder, optimizer, parental controls, safe browser, webcam guard, etc.) that come in handy. The Android version is also pretty good, but the iOS version is nearly useless. Updates are frequent (every hour) and take slightly longer than other programs (3-5 minutes), but this doesn't slow down performance. Bitdefender recently released Total Security 2020, which has a significantly changed user interface, but offers the same protection components.Overall, I find this program a great improvement over the years and will continue to use it. I've paired it with Zemana AntiMalware and AdGuard and the three work together smoothly.

  Arrived quickly, easy to redeem product renewal.I did debate a change of antivirus protection , I checked reviews and even though norton are no longer the number one in the tech mags , they still have a better track record. I did worry at reviews warning of having to give card details and having to sign up for auto renewal when using a bought product key, but it activated no argument.

  I have used WebRoot for several years and have had good success with protecting my computer. This is the first time I have used a download and I must say it was a very easy process. You do have to use your search engine to find the site (WebRoot download) to use the download product key after that it only took a few minutes and the software was loaded and working. The Price is spectacular!!!

  This product has performed well on our tablet. It has really impressed me with it's effective simplicity. Something this mother of 2 really appreciates. I especially like how it is an additional layer to re-verify any in-app purchases if I have forgotten to turn it back off before handing over to my child. I find it is great at stopping some of the ads the pop up surfing net and it also checks email for risk and content. Better than most of the pricey products I paid for and than hated.

  As a security professional, I implicitly trust Eset. The company has been at the forefront of security for years. However, Android security apps are very difficult to get right. Eset totally delivers - the application is rock solid the heuristics are top-of-the-line, and their ethical background is clean, unlike Kaspersky Labs.Get this it's free. Then I recommend that you buy, if only tp support the company. Then get it for your home PC, because they rock even harder there.On an unrelated note, the kindle fire hdx keyboard blows big balls.

  App is free. but have to purchase license for updates, small money for security and well worth it.It monitors all apps for permissions, good because I didn't know what many of those apps can do, esp ""free"" apps.Auto scan feature for antivirus invaluable. Also auto update of antivirus software, choose your day of week and time of day, or do it manually. Good feature is Quick scan, Smart scan and Deep scan. I have mine set to default daily smart scan and weekly do a manual deep scan. More features than expected and works like a charm.
