  Unfortunately the delivery service was very very poor as was the communication & several attempts to contact the vendor. Everything was in Italian & trying to talk to someone to ask where my shipment was a joke. The shipment was held in customs because of an address issue but again any explanation was in Italian which coning over to the UK is not very helpful & delayed the shipment by over a week & alot of frustrated attempts to find out where my shipment was & why is was delayed...

  Shipping was VERY slow. I contacted customer service when item wasn't shipped within estimated timeframe and was told it was expected to ship early the next week. Item wasn't shipped for another week past then. Communication with customer service was excellent, thus 5 stars for rating still. Item was packaged well and arrived quickly after being shipped. I would shop with this company again.
