  The lesson was flexible and effective. My daughter did skiing first time in her life, but first 3 days lesson she could go to top of mountain and down the slop. This was addictive in a good way and made her stay one of the best.

  The guide was very good. One hour to late in La Spezia because we stay to long in one town ( 3 Horus is to long ). Nice trip and recommanded Boat trip. The price is good.

  Sadly i can only comment on the booking process which was brilliant , the people in reception were superb and the equipment was good but my granddaughter failed to use the tuition due to falling ill , NOT their fault as everything was brilliant up to that point

  A few issues but not a bad service overall. Booked lessons but were later told the hours I had booked were not available. Eventually we reduced what we asked for. Customer service was good.

  Easy to book and good communication. Unfortunately one of our bookings was listed as 'ski' when I had confirmation of 'snowboard'. Prosneige was great and sorted the error out.
