  The web site is easy to navigate and it was easy to order. They had my size and the sizing chart was also easy to access. The price of the products is competitive and reasonable. I have only deducted a star for 2 things. Firstly, it is not made clear that the products will be shipping from an EU country and if you purchase goods of a higher value you may well be subject to import duty. Secondly, the delivery date was initially 4-5 November, but it was finally delivered on the 7th. This may not be a problem for some people, but if you need urgent delivery, then this might trip you up.

  The SEUR tracking page (https://www.seur.com/miseur/mis-envios) is in spanish language and I never can get any information of it. Only when I get the DPD tracking number (very close to the delivery) I can know where is my parcel and when it'll be delivered. It's impossible to get any match between SEUR and DPD numbers until both are available for the same order.

  After having a good experience buying some new luggage through this company a couple of years ago I decided to give them another go, bought some new snorkelling gear which arrived quickly, well packed, and a very good price. I'd definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again.

  I paid 25 euro 6,99 euro for post fee(option post of serbia on your portal) and than I pay once again 6,99 in Serbia when I received the goods. I dont understand why I should pay 6,99 two times? You give options on your portal to pay with transport costs and I choose to receive by Serbian post for 6,99 euro...and then I paid two times, once on the start to you, and again to post of Serbia so I paid 14 euro instead 6,99..And also pay custom fees for 25 euro...That is not ok
