  There were many items to choose from and a little overwhelming navigating through all the products available. Delivery of product purchased was very fast. However, disappointing was the package was left at front door if no one home - the website blog says that it will be taken to post office if no one home. Also, when I opened the box the vase was loose in the box.

Please note that our carriers will only leave the order at the front door if it is deemed safe to do so, and it is evident that you did indeed receive the order safely. If our customers live in a unit or anywhere else where there is no safe place to leave the package when nobody is home, then a calling card will be left. Many of our working customers prefer not to have to collect the package from the post office if this can be helped. If the vase was loose and caused any damage to your rose, please advise us so we can rectify this for you.   No real complaints. I couldn't find a way to track the status of my order from their website, so I was totally relying on their email correspondence for updates.   The box and the rose are absolutely beautiful. Just perfect. But the certification cart for the rose is James and stuck between the box and the inside of the box, which has glue to hold the container and this I cannot get the card out unless I rip it. So not very happy on that. Also, the necklace and earrings, itself beautiful. But they are wrapped in a paper tissue with a string around it and in a plastic ziplock bag which then goes into the cloth bag. It just lowers the value as the presentation isn’t very good. Also when you cut open the outside box, the inside box is right under that which is beautifully imbetted but now has a cutting scratch on it from opening the outside box :(. So overall: products themselves are amazing and so is the box but I feel the rest is rushed and looks bad. It’s for a very posh wedding so I wanted to give something that would fit in on that level of standard. It’s all easily handled. Just place the rose cert card somewhere else so it can be accessed, take away the tissues, string and plastic sleeve and find like a roll up cloth that the necklace and earrings go in before putting them in the cloth bag. And place something between the white covering box with the eternity rose embossed and the outside mailbox so when opening it it doesn’t damage the white box and all is good. But ending on a good note, the rose and box are gorgeous and the jewellery even better than shows on the photos.

  Hello Sandra. We are pleased to hear you loved the rose and jewellery set, and hopefully I can address some of your concerns. First of all, we have not received any contact from you about your order, so please note we are always available to help problem-solve any issues you may experience. 1. The certification card is tucked firmly into the box but is not glued in. With a firm grip and tug, you can extract it. 2. We encase the delicate jewellery pieces with fine tissue paper and insert them into miniature zip-lock bags designed for shipping jewellery. They are then placed into a velvet pouch that is gold-embossed with our company logo. The process is never rushed, but followed with care. Many of the finest jewellery companies ship their products in the same fashion. 3. The outer white sleeve you are referring to which arrived with a scratch on it is designed solely for protecting the leather box. It may occasionally become scratched in transit, but this is what it is designed to do. We have taken time to design an outer sleeve that in itself enhances the quality of the overall product, and so it may become confused with being a key part of the overall package. If we had chosen to use ordinary unmarked cardboard, then perhaps a scratch would not be considered a problem. Thank you kindly for your order, and our best wishes to the happy couple.
