  Hated the amount of wasteful packaging for one item. I understand the luxury anesthetic as I worked for Cle De Peau. However the amount of waste to deliver 1 item was awful Hated the color of the gloss. Much much brighter than shown in photos

  Firstly, I love this product. I debated whether to pick it up from the spa where I originally purchased it. Trying online, I found the price to be the same, with free shipping and some lovely samples thrown in! The delivery was within a few days of placing my order, with thorough communication about delivery time, etc. The items were packaged beautifully. I felt the whole process was first class and I’ve already shared my experience and love of this product with friends.

  AMAZING sunscreen! The best, ever — my used-to-be favourites from La Prairie, Barbara Sturm, and RéVive don’t come even close to this gem of a sunscreen. The samples of the moisturising lotion, the eye treatment, and the mask that were included to my purchase blew my mind, too. I’m deeply impressed with the quality of the products and the results. I’ll remain a loyal, long-term customer and a fan girl of this beautiful brand.

Contacted DHL, they said they delivered to the right address (but they don’t have photos; I have rented the place for years, and had a lot of packages monthly, never lost any) I contacted Eviden in email, ask for replacement with a new address provided, still waiting for the reply

  The Silky Bath & Shower Cream Smells amazing, deeply cleans and hydrates my skin. It’s one of the best shower cream/gel I have ever tried. It comes is a 16.9 oz (500 ml) bottle dispenser and a little goes a long way so you get your money worth. I really enjoy reading about the products on the website and ordering is so easy. The delivery was even better as I received my order in less than 5 business days which is faster than orders I place within the US. I can not wait to try other products from Evidens de Beauté as they contain the La Foux Spring Water. You can not get better natural, effective ingredient than that.

  Previously I could choose my own samples which I really liked because I travel a lot with carry on luggage. The small pots and sachets of the products that I use are great for this. When I placed my last order I didn't have the choice of samples and I was sent a few things that I don't use or like so it's kind of wasted on me. If I want to try one of Evidens' other products I could choose it myself and decide. It's a small point but very important for me. Otherwise, the samples are incredibly generous and I really appreciate them.

  The products itself is luxurious. The smell is nice and the product is as what’s it claimed to do. It’s the best skin care I’ve tried so far. The only thing that disappoints me is that my order was not wrapped in their box. They just put it in a normal box filled with the shredded papers. Not even in their gift box as they mentioned that every order is placed in ideally suited EviDens de Beaute gift box. I didn’t not even get that as I paid so much for their product, it should at least be packaged properly instead being thrown into a normal brown box. That’s what upsets me the most.
