  Fantastic seller, when I broke my stove glass I struggled to find a replacement because of the specific shape and and age of the stove. Luckily I came across F.I.G. Order came with 7 days of ordering, this was to the UK. Price was a lot cheaper than a direct manufacture replacement (who wouldn’t send to the UK from Germany).

  It would have been 5 but....I had no notification to say my order had been despatched and instead of delivery to my house, the order was left on the ground under my post box!!

  Website is easy to use. Ordering and delivery was quick. We ordered our replacement glass on Friday afternoon, opting for standard delivery and we received it Tuesday afternoon. Very well packaged and we were kept informed, by email each step. Would recommend to anyone requiring this service. Thank you.

  Excellent service, short delivery time to France. We were asked to verify that the glass was not damaged upon delivery, the driver was very helpful & had no problem at all with me checking the parcel. We would recommend this company.
