  Good experience. Website well designed with very detailed high quality pictures. So no possible mistake on that front. Bit harder with sizing as 2 different L sweaters ordered don’t size the same way at all. One is a large L, the other medium at best. But returns are very easy to process so besides the hassle, not a massive issue.

  Great delivery time, great jacket! If anything I would prefer to understand the sizing better since it’s hard to understand. I’m a 36 but needed a 40 to get a great fit. Also, invest in apple/google pay I would say, adding card details 2022 is a threshold.

  Product is nice but customer care takes a lot of time to reply, phone is never answered. Product won’t fit and will have to pay 2x shipping (40€) + return shipping costs in order to get the right size. Need to get better at this :)

  First prices show up in GBP and then when finally purchased the price is in EUR, still fine but then as it’s shipping to the UK you get hit with clearing, import and VAT so makes the price obscenely expensive. Not worth buying online.
