  Made an order, and went to pay. It re-directs me to my bank in Australia, which then refuses to pay! What the F*@#? I have purchased HOM and other brands for many, many years and the ONLY site I have trouble with is HOM. Sort this out please or I will start buying more Aussiebum or CK.

  I have yet to receive my small order. There appears to be a hold-up in the customs in Delhi for which I blame UPS. This is my first experience with global.hom.com and I am quite discouraged!!

  It was promised, that I will receive delivery tracking number - NO, I haven't received. After I repeatedly resend the email with delivery number request - just silence.. This is not good shopping experience, isn't??

  Hom site is very easy to use, and as I can not buy in Australia its the best way to get HOM! I do buy from Galerie Layfeyette in Paris and used to go the the HOM store in Hong Kong now closed. Only issue prices are shown US$ not AU$ or Euro. Delivery was fast and packing was good too. Will shop again on line for HOM>

  The HOM products are perfect. I have a long term experience with HOM underwear and it is definitely my favorite brand. However, when ordering I didn't receive any info about shipment.
