  I paid Hey Alex in August 2022 for an event in June 2023. I emailed them about 6 weeks before the event as, other than my initial communication, I hadn't heard from them. They responded straightaway saying they were still searching for tickets and that they would keep me updated. I emailed again a few weeks later - again I received a prompt reply. The day before the concert, I received a text message to say to check my basket - I had received tickets. I was so excited but still reserved judgment until I had made it into the concert arena. I received several emails confirming details of the tickets too. I printed the tickets and went to the concert. Everything worked out brilliantly despite my reservations. Thank you Hey Alex for allowing us to have the most amazing time at a concert.

  I do not understand what you are doing. I payed the same amount that the concert ticket costs, but I have still not got the ticket. Although my inbox is filled with mejl from you regarding other things! Where is my ticket? I should have bought it directly from their website.

  'C'est une arnaque. Nous n'avons jamais reçu nos tickets pour le concert de Coldplay. Pas de numéros de téléphone ni d'adresse mail direct sur lequel on peut les joindre! On a payé près de 400e pour RIEN. Sans compter le déplacement et la nuit d'hotel. PLUS JAMAIS! Vraiment en colère. C'est une honte.

  Initially I was concerned that the cost of the tickets was taken from my account before I had any confidence that the tickets (x2) would follow. I was just starting to lose my nerve and was about to cancel but then the tickets arrived. Now totally delighted with the outcome. Hey Alex appears to be 'just what it says on the tin'

  Hello, I am surprised by your message... You received an email with the tickets but you never opened it... Before the concert, you didn't even try to contact us to tell us about your missing tickets. We could have directed you and told you that they were waiting for you in your mailbox.   Easy to navigate site. after purchase, I thought I had been scammed as I was told I had to wait and see if a ticket could be ordered. This way this website works if you pay before, then they find you the ticket you asked for and they buy it for you. It wasn’t until the day of the concert I got an email confirming I had a ticket. This wasn’t great as I assumed they hadn’t found one/ I had been scammed. I’m not sure what to process is when they can’t get you a ticket if they fully refunded you - I would check that out thoroughly before purchasing - unlike I did. Overall I was happy with the service because I got to attend a sold out concert.

  The website is very raw with a plenty of bugs. I have been trying to cancel the order during two days. The cancel button was not working, returning the error. Tried to contact the support via chat and email, but did not receive any response. Even contacted CEO on LinkedIn. But no response, nowhere. After two days of cancellation attempt, I received an email “Hooray! We booked a ticket” It is not a scam, it is a company with the worst customer service I’ve ever found.

  completely regret using this service. I ordered a floor seat 3 weeks prior to a concert and 3 days before they still couldn't secure a ticket. they didn't offer options, I had to follow up constantly. they ultimate sent me a ticket IN THE BACK and told me to try and resell it they wouldn't give a refund. then, the best part was the ticket disappeared on the link the next day. had to buy a new ticket altogether. this service is trash, just go elsewhere and save your time and energy.

  I was uncertain about using Alex as I had not used them before to buy tickets. I opted to be flexible with dates for the Pink concert 2023 at Bolton, lower tier tickets X 2. I paid via klarna spreading the cost over 3 months. Thankfully, Alex managed to get me the tickets I wanted but on a different date. However, I was happy just to aquire the tickets. I paid 260 for the tickets plus 40 for the service that Alex provides. I believe this was worth it as I did not have to wait in a queue for an extended amount of time in the hope of getting tickets. Overall I am very happy with this service and will definitely be using them in the future.

  This is the first time I have used Hey Alex and I was slightly reluctant but after reading reviews I decided to book through them. The morning of ticket release today I was quite anxious but by that evening I had received a confirmation email saying that my tickets had been successfully booked.   They managed to get my tickets for me, so very happy! Once I receive my tickets I will be even happier! As I've been at work today and unable to spend time trying yo find tickets this is an excellent service

  All good but did have a slight worry after ordering my tickets that it was pending - thought I’d been scammed but was most relieved when I received the email to say that I’d got them! I’d never heard of Hey Alex before but would recommend to others! Here’s to Bruce Springsteen in July 2023!

  A prompt service for the buying of the tickets and confirmation/receiving e-tickets. Overpriced though paying up front. Paid an additional £50+ On top of ticket prices. Not sure if a % of this will be refunded due to the original ticket estimate.

  Thanks to hey-alex we were sble to get the tickets for a concert with no need to follow the sale and participate in it. The tickers arrived within a week after the sale. It was very convenient.

  THe service was great, the only thing I would have liked was a little bit more explaining upfront about how it worked. I ordered thinking I was jus buying tickets and then realized it was a service and became worried I had paid ONLY for the service. I contacted customer service and they were great and explained, and I also found more info on the site, but I think they could have been just a little clearer. The service and getting my tickets was great though!

  I paid nearly double the going price for the tickets, and they were still unable to secure them, So don't really see the point in using them.i knew the tickets would sell out quickly, hence my decision to go via an agency,but I would have probably had a better chance securing them myself.

I understand your disappointment and I feel very sorry that we could not get your tickets on general on sale. You have been refunded 100% (which is normal). Please remember that our service can continue to search for your tickets until the event date if you wish. New tickets are regularly put on sale until the date of the event (New tickets from the organiser or customer refunds)
