  I loved the simply felt slippers I purchased. They were expensive but I liked them very much. It left a very bad taste and I resented that I had to pay half the purchase price just for shipping. Really, I don't need three days shipping on slippers. I will not shop with you again, unless you offer a more realistic price for shipping to the USA

  Unfortunately, I do not have good comments in general. The shoes sent were "semi-new" because the insoles inside were very dirty as they were previously used. The packaging was horrible, and the box arrived all broken. With these first impressions besides they did not fit on me comfortably, I returned them. The refund should have been 80.50 (the cost of the shoes + German tax). The company only refunded me 78 euros. I still do not understand why??! I also had to pay for the return, so in the end, I lost around 28 euros: 12.50 for shipping from the shop + 12.5 for return shipping + 3 that I don't know why it was deducted). The only good thing I can say is that the service was fast.

  The deals were amazing, I'm super happy with the shoes. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because the website was not working well, I put things in the cart and it kept disappearing. I wasted a lot of time with that, trying to go back and find the same products again hoping that they will all stay in the cart so that I can finish my buy. Otherwise everything else is amazing!
