  Very frustrating to order a product only to be sent the wrong size. Not quite sure how a Medium can be labelled XXL. Unfortunately this cost me delivery as this is not refunded in the return.

  My first time buying products from Lacoste. I bought them mainly to play tennis. They are great pieces at great prices in the sale. Materials, colours, styles are top notch as I'd expect from a luxury brand. The app has a few little glitches which made shopping a little tedious. Otherwise it was easy to search for products and checkout. Delivery was speedy and you have options of faster deliveries. Love the fact that packaging is environmentally friendly. Also that returns is a doddle. Great shopping experience.

  The product is good. It is exactly as described and it arrived quickly in the post. My one criticism would be that I had to get the product posted to a family member in Edinburgh and then get them to forward it on to me. This is because Lacoste does not post to the Northern Isles(Orkney and Shetland). I hope Lacoste will in the future mail products to these locations.
