1. Lack of Delivery Information: To begin with, I placed my order without receiving any information about the expected delivery date. This lack of transparency made it incredibly challenging for me to plan and prepare for the arrival of my purchase, especially concerning installation. 2. Inaccurate Delivery Timeframe: After reaching out to inquire about my order’s status, I was informed that delivery would take approximately 20-25 days. However, this timeframe was grossly exceeded when I was given a shipment date in the “first week of October.” Considering that I made my purchase on September 7th, this delay was utterly disheartening. While I appreciate the quick response and subsequent delivery, the initial misinformation was a major inconvenience. 3. Unexpected Additional Charges: To make matters worse, a few days later, I received an unexpected message from FedEx, which I initially believed to be a scam due to its unexpected nature. The message informed me that I needed to pay an additional £96.67 in duties, taxes, and fees related to my order. To my surprise, the tracking number provided in the FedEx message matched the one previously given to me by Lampcommerce Shop. This lack of communication and transparency regarding additional charges was highly disappointing. I must emphasize my profound disappointment with the overall lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service exhibited by Lampcommerce Shop throughout this entire ordeal. As a loyal customer, I had expected a much smoother and more transparent shopping experience.

We are always available via email, if one wants to know if an item is in stock or not before purchasing the product. We shipped your order within 20 days, we did the best we could to meet your requests, even if the supplier informed us of a little delay which we immediately let you know. When a non EU customer order from us, they are informed 2 times that VAT and custom duties need to be paid separately: when adding the item to the cart and before proceeding with the payment in the cart. The lamp turned up about 4 weeks late and I struggled to reach anyone in customer services for an update. When the lamp turned up is was excellent. Well packaged and good quality. I’m happy with the lamp but customer services needs improving.
