  The card payment form page had a bug which made it impossible for me to fill-in the CVV code. The input field did not take any characters, the cursor stood still. I worked it around by setting the value of the input field in browser's DOM model using chrome's "Inspect" developer tools.

  The only small thing is returning from outside of France is very expencieve. Maybe you send a label and take a fix amount like 5,00 € for it. That would be better.

  Sending Back Items from abroad is very hard to manage. Information is well hidden. Products are sometimes in many menu kategories, which makes it hard to go to your wiched product

  I have had to pay £9.53 to send back a pair off trainers from the UK from your French website and had no idea where to post them after 2 phonically to France and spending hours on your website! Ridiculous service and not even sent a label with my trainers in the first place.
