  I found MHzOutdoor to be an excellent shop, high quality stock and very competitively priced, I did buy at an extra discount level but even without that, they were good value. MHzOutdoor processed the order very quickly and it was ready for courier collection by lunchtime on day after placing the order. My only negative and probably should have given four stars, but it’s still Christmas so let’s go with five, is that MHzOutdoor use DHL as couriers, and while they may work well in Italy and mainland Europe, DHL do not provide a good service in Ireland where they subcontract out delivery to postal service, tracking deliveries is difficult and when there is any issue the support helpdesk is bot like, even when response comes from a human. I tend not to order from companies when DLH is the courier, but will probably make an exception for MHzOutdoor, and just plan for a delay in delivery time.

You choose Express delivery for your order, that is actually more expensive than standard shipping service offered for Switzerland. The additional bill you paid was for local taxes and import fees: as displayed in our website, customers outside EU don't pay EU-VAT to us but are responsible for local taxes in their country.

  Super duper experience. I was informed about progress (and import taxes) throughout the whole process by email. No nasty surprises at all. The carrier they used (Fedex) were superb and ever so helpful when i wanted to collect my scope from their hub rather than have a second delivery attempt. The Seestar s50 is amazing! 5 stars

  I am suspicious of buying from companies I don’t know on the net. I read some of the reviews on this site and decided to buy the Seestar s5 from them. They said it was in stock and would take 5-7 working days to ship. I ordered it on Sunday and it was delivered to my door here in Sweden on the following Friday. I have nothing but praise for this company, the service was top notch!

  I was able to make an order for my friend who was still in holidays a few days with bad inter- net access to order itself. It is very good that I could have my billing adress and also a delivery adress! The paket arrived fine a day later when he was at home again. MHzOutdoor has also a good tracking information but it's related to the information FedEx is giving them. The only problem is FedEx with its nearly not understandable comments where and when the paket actually is preparing for going out or where and when the paket is going to the next destination or when an where the pakat is at the next destination, it's so unlogical to understand! FedEx also gave a delivery date until 6pm the delivery day on a friday. Then at 8pm the say "until the end of the day". When the day is over and the paket still didn't arrived yet, an hour later they wrote a delivery for after the weekend on Mondays 8pm. According to the infos the paket then was still in Italy! All of a sudden on early Saturday morning they announced the paket at a FedEx facility near the receivers village, where he finally got the pakage one hour later on a Saturday morning instead of Friday, 6pm. So MHzOutdoor makes an impressive good job but do not trust any info FedEx is giving to you because it makes no sense - it really makes no sense watching the tracking! Just wait for the paket and disregard the tracking list of FedEx, they are not able to make a good job in reporting! And this is not the first bad experiance I had with FedEx.

  I am located in the U.S.A. and was absolutely happy with my order from MHz. I ordered a programming cable that I couldn't find anywhere else but MHz and also a microphone for an Icom. The order was shipped from Italy so I expected a long wait, NOT at All. Well packaged with updates provided every step and arrived in less than a week.   Surprisingly fast shipping from Italy to Canada...received my case within a week. Case is exactly the one I want and has been out of stock at most vendors.   I ordered from Washington and they had it shipped out by the next day. My order got held up by FedEx for a couple weeks with no updates on why it had not left Italy. I contacted Mhzoutdoor to see if they could find out why it was held up, and they contacted me back within hours and forwarded updated tracking info to me quickly. The product arrived about a day later in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with their service and the SkyWatcher EQ5 synscan that I purchased from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will likely be purchasing additional equipment from them in the future. 10 out of 10 on service, quality, and professionalism!

  I am incredibly happy that I found this company and chose to purchase from them. I made sure to read the reviews and to confirm they were a reputable company. They were the only company that had the item I was looking for in stock. It is a Christmas gift for my son, he loves astrophotography. Even though it said it would be delivered in about a week or so, I was a little weary about it arriving in time. The item shipped within a day or two and made it from Italy to Nova Scotia in about a week, give or take a couple of days. It arrived quicker than most Amazon prime purchases and thankfully I wasn’t charged a duty fee. Trust your gut, take the plunge, you won’t regret purchasing from this company. Another thing I really love about this company is, they send you proper email updates that are written by an employee. Clearly stating that they’ve received your order, the order has been processed, the item has shipped etc. From one very happy Canadian customer. I will absolutely purchase from them again.

  They offer several shipment possibilities to Switzerland, since I was not sure if my packet is insured (value over 1000 Euro) I choose the most expensive (DHL express). The ordering process was easy and to my surprise after 2 days the packet was delivered to my house. All in all very satisfied.

  This is a great company providing excellent guidance and support. Unfortunately they are badly let down by their courier, Fed-Ex, when shipping to Ireland. More than once expensive kit has been a week or more late in arriving and has not moved in Fed-ex's tracking system for a period - which is worrying. If not for this I would be giving MHZ 5 stars or more.

  I was disappointed with being hit with a sizeable import charge £45 on a £150 order! Thought I’d found a bargain but ended up being considerably more expensive than I could have found elsewhere.
