  A fantastic product made by a fantastic team !For a fanless computer the performances of the BEAST are amazing. I am keen on the design (I like the two lateral windows). I had no delivery issue with DHL. The support of the team is excellent. Do not hesitate to use their discord Chanel.It was worth waiting for !!!

  It was totally worth of waiting and a bit of delays. Finally, no spinning parts in my computer. It sounds great, really! I mean really silent. The quality of the case is very good. It is on the bigger side and it is heavy as expected. There are no cheap plastic cost cutters. Very solid case. I am still showing off in front of my colleagues saying that my RTX 3070 is passively cooled.

  Great products for enthusiasts. Outstanding support and very nice team who always wants to help you especially if something won't fit in your case. The team is listening and making improvements to the products over the time. Really nice is the possibility to use different templates on Thingiverse to customize your case. Community on Discord is also doing a great job and helps each other.

  TheBeast is a well thought out and above all cool looking case. I have built several fanless PCs, and the one I am most satisfied with is TheBeast. I hope that TheBeast will change the image of fanless PC as rugged, ugly and too big.

  Experience with the website and your customer service was excellent. Experience with putting the case together was a little more challenging than necessary. There were a few steps that weren't clearly covered in the instructions and very quickly glossed over in the YouTube tutorial. Overall I am very happy though, with the product and the experience

  The customer service and product are excellent. Every question I had was cleared up by the manual. The ease of installation was improved greatly compared to the First and the free engraving is a very nice touch.

  Monsterlabo definitely deserves the title as best manufacturer for PC hardware! No matter if there are any problems before, while or after your order, the team greatly supports you and response immensly quickly to your emails. I had troubles with my first order by paying via sofort and the problem got sorted out as quick as possible. And after receiving my "the first", the troubles with a wrong bracket where fixed within two days. So gigantic support, beautiful case and a company I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a PC case.

  I have been very happy with the communication of the MonsterLabo team in every regard. The schedule of the product delivery was clearly communicated and my questions and requests were quickly answered.   Hello, I'm the happy owner of the First since almost 2 years, rocking i7-9700k (blocked at 120W) and 1080Ti (undervolted - TDP up to 215W) with the TopHat. I love the visual design and totally silent operation even if I have the coil whine from GC and PSU, but the closed sides are completely blocking the noise. I can hear the noise only when leaning from above. The assembly was challenging, but rewarding. I loved building in the First. It took at least 3 hours the first time. It is not for everybody... But you can always buy the assembled version. I had the chassis with a discount as it was sent before for review (I suppose) and the CPU bracket and the standoffs were slightly bent, but Monsterlabo team sent me the replacement immediately for free. I also had several questions and they were always present and helpful. Overall I'm still happy with my purchase! Best regards, Eduard from France.

  Great company, very helpful with information regarding their products, I've had replacement parts sent out for free when accidental damage has occurred as a goodwill gesture. They make unique products at affordable prices, not a lot of companies are making passive cooling cases for gaming machines at the moment.

  The First is a truly unique case, and I was excited to try it. Despite the distance and language barrier (my french is worse than weak) I enjoyed great pre-sale and post-sale support from Monsterlabo, and absolutely LOVE this case. I thought a truly silent 8-core PC with a killer GPU was a fantasy... Thanks to Monsterlabo, it's not only a reality, it's small enough to occupy only an 8x8 square of my desk, hidden behind the monitor. I've had this in service, on 24/7, for 17 months, and I've yet to either clean the fins of the heatsink or hear the fan run for more than 20-30 seconds under extreme load. If you're a skilled builder, you'll have no problem assembling a system in The First. If you're a novice, it's worth the toil. Silence is golden, and Monsterlabo is sitting on a goldmine with their fantastic enormous heatsinks & clever cases.

  I was looking for a new PC and wanted something quiet but also needs an unusual setup with a second low power GPU so I wasn’t sure if the First would fit my needs. I reached out to the team at Monsterlabo about what I wanted and they were super helpful helping me create the perfect almost silent solution (we even managed to fit a small second GPU in the case!)
