Todavía no recibo mis boletos y me preocupa mucho no recibirlos. Además de que no encontré la opción de compra que necesitaba y tuve que gastar en un ticket extra para poderlo hacer como necesitaba. No recibí ayuda por parte de ningún representante. Me pareció muy elevado el costo comparado con otros sitios.

Nada satisfeita, cobram mais que os bilhetes normais pora ter um serviço mais comodo e rapido e só tive os bilhetes quando faltavam 30 minutos para a hora reservada. Não recomendo a compra neste site.

Bought tickets 2 weeks ago, got confirmed and charged. No tickets were available, no notifications. Called day before and was assured tickets were coming. Got message the day of the Vatican museum visit that I had to reschedule. 😒 Flying back tomorrow.

The zero refund policy is disturbing and unheard of. Your average ratings are pretty poor and customers don’t receive tickets in a timely fashion. So… I’m out €330.
