  I bought the Aztron Falcon from Nootica. It arrived with a significant defect, the foil box is crooked. It is not a problem that can be repaired. The company sent a defective board from France to the US and then expected me to just deal with it. It cost about 100 to ship it back, im out more time and money. And i do not have a board, i cant afford to buy another until this is resolved, I need it for metal health. Its been a horrible experience. I do not feel like this company is honest. They do not care about the customers rights . I wanted a discount of about 100 bucks as that is what they wanted me to spend on shipping...and then also my time. Its all wasted resources. And I have been dealing with this issue for two weeks, during work, at night, on the weekend...etc DO NOT BUY HERE I have pictures too

  I bought a Size 6 - 7mm “Mix 3D Camouflage” 2 piece Omer Sub Wetsuit and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Omer Sub has high quality wetsuits that are very hard to purchase. If you look on other sites that sell these wetsuits, their wetsuit information and stocks are extremely limited; and not to mention they have terribly expensive prices that try to upsell. Nootica not only has some of the best prices, but they also have fast delivery and a wide selection of products. I would recommend Nootica to anyone who’s getting into Aquatic Sports.

  I ordered an item from the website and paid for the order - the item was marked as being "in stock" so I would have expected the item to be shipped immediately however there was a slight delay in shipping and then ai received a notification to pay an additional amount for the postage. On the day of the purchase and following the payment a contract was created between myself and Nootica for Nootica to supply the item and ship it - this they did not do and therefore they did not fulfil the contract that was in place. The fact that the shipping costs increased was not a problem caused by myself and I should not have been charged any extra as a result. I was given the option to cancel the order which I did and eventually after some days received a refund. I do not know if this was a scam or an attempt to elicit extra money from me but the fact remains that the contract to supply an item and ship it for the advertised cost was not fulfilled. It remains to be seen if this was a one off occurrence or is this a pattern that is repeated often. I will not be shopping with Nootica again and can not recommend them.

  I would recommend Nootica they have a good range of products at competitive prices and their delivery time is very good. I do have one criticism though for whatever reason they do not get my address totally correct . This last order they left out my house number, the parcel may get to me by normal postal service but not by courier ! However other than that I cannot say I have anything other to say than I recommend.
