    The salespeople at Nose were wonderful and very helpful. I'm sorry I could not speak more French to them, but their English was wonderful.     Bonjour, Je suis HyeIn qui a écrit ce commentaire. Lorsque j'ai reçu des produits de Nose, j'ai constaté qu'il y avait un problème à l'entrée des deux bouteilles. En conséquence, le liquide contenu dans ces deux bouteilles n'est pas pulvérisé. Mais je pense pas que ce soit un gros problème, parce que j'ai atteint le but que je voulais.     Hi Margaux, Thank you for your prompt response. I just found the tone 'you just need to patient from now on' dismissive and demonstrated no empathy and no interest in investigating the cause for the delay. The samples you sent, while beautiful, are not exactly the scents that I'm looking to wear, so if you can send credits for samples so I can continue my new fragrance discovery journey, that would be wonderful.

    - sur votre site sont indiqués cadeaux offerts contre achat par plus de 50 marques lors qu’on atteint le minimum d’achat prévu pour chaque marque. Cela s'applique-t-il uniquement aux achats effectués sur le site? car en votre boutique je n'ai rien reçu pour un achat qui dépassait le minimum d'achat. C'est le premier point qui me bouleverse. - le deuxième point est votre personnel. Quand j'étais dans ta boutique, il y avait un autre visiteur à part moi et beaucoup de personnel libre. Une fille a commencé à travailler avec moi et les autres membres du personnel se sont parlé. et il s'est avéré que nous avons commencé le diagnostic, mais la fille m'a quitté et a tourné toute son attention vers un autre visiteur, sans terminer le diagnostic avec moi. (d'autres membres du personnel pouvaient aider et prendre soin du deuxième client, mais il était plus intéressant pour eux de se tenir debout et de communiquer les uns avec les autres). Puis le fille de votre personnel a décidé de disparaître complètement sans rien me dire et de me laisser seul à attendre pour rien... J'ai été très déçue de cette attitude envers les clients de votre boutique. c'est au moins irrespectueux et méprisant. Expérience très désagréable de visit! - "Le concept store dédié à la parfumerie et la beauté " est écrit sur votre site. Mais votre personnel n'est pas familier avec les cosmétiques et les parfums qui sont dans votre boutique. Ils ne peuvent pas aider à trouver des cosmétiques sans utiliser le site Web et lire tout sur l'étiquette. Surtout, ils ne connaissent pas le parfum et peuvent juste utiliser votre programme pour diagnostiquer, mais sans programme sur site ils ne peuvent pas vous aider à choisir un parfum.. et cela ne fonctionne pas dans le cas où vous souhaitez choisir un parfum qui ne ressemble pas au vôtre.Dans n'importe quelle autre boutique de parfumerie, le personnel sait avec quoi il travaill et aide facilement et travailler avec désir et aider à faire de nouvelles découvertes.. mais pas à votre boutique. Une seule personne, c'est Maxim, qui travaille pour vous, connaît vraiment et connaît bien le parfum. Je sais ce que je vous écris, car j'ai une grande collection de parfums et j'écris souvent des critiques sur les parfums. Je suis allé dans votre boutique et j'espérais avoir une bonne expérience, mais malheureusement j'ai eu beaucoup de déception. C'est ma pire expérience à Paris. The recommendations were relevant according to your past perfume but maybe you wish something totally new. The idea with the diagnostic is to try "curated" perfumes from the best perfumers in the industry; the first recommended perfumes need to validate where you stand with the past to determine what you like (present). Our best suggestion is to evaluate the samples you have received: it would allow our diagnostic to know you better and to adjust its recommendations. More feedback: more relevance!     Seriously blown away. For a moment, I believed it may be too good to be true - the impressive line of fragrances offered, an automated tool that suggests fragrances for me, and the extremely affordable pricing, all undoubtedly instilled a fair amount of apprehension in me. But since this service is so affordable, I thought "why not", and submitted an order for my suggested fragrance samples. First of all - it arrived to the U.S. faster than other packages that were shipped from within the U.S.! As for the fragrances themselves, wow... one of them could easily be my signature scent. Three I would be more than happy to wear on any given day. And the last one I very much appreciate the extraordinary craftsmanship, but it's just not made for my skin unfortunately. That being said, I could happily walk away with just this first order of suggestions knowing I have a new arsenal of scents I can count on. However, I will definitely be submitting more orders for the suggested scents just because these were so incredible and because the overall experience was as enjoyable as it was flawless. Truly impressed.

    I am very happy with the service and will use it again and have recommended it to friends already. Only removing 1 star because I wrote the company 3 times due to a concern about my order and received no reply or acknowledgment. When the package arrived, there was a lovely handwritten note inside and the perfumes were packaged very well for international delivery, everything arrived in perfect condition, no leaks no breakages. One of my choices was not available, so a substitution was made based on my preferences, which is absolutely fine with me! I'm always excited to make new discoveries. All the bottles well well filled and clearly labeled. Overall, a very nice service, I would just like more communication on the customer service end when there are concerns about orders. Thank you!

    Dear Madam, It is important to know that when you have placed your order (May 22th, 2020 at 19:25PM), it was already too late to be shipped as no order is leaving our store after 3PM. The next day was a day off for the French Post and thereafter a weekend; you order was provided to the Post Office Monday May 25th late day as it should be from our end. The parcel has left France May 25th. You will understand that this is out of our control. Moreover, in the context of COVID-19, Nose was among the last actors of our industry to continue operating. Everyone understood along that period that delay could vary given the extraordinary circumstances. Indeed, the visibility of La Poste has decreased and the delays have increased. It is up to you to continue or not shopping on our website. At this stage, nothing guaranty us that this will not re happen. If you may reorder, please keep this in mind (potential latencies randomly with customs) as we would like to avoid such argumentation. Thanks for your understanding. Regarding the packaging, our team is trying to improve our packaging considering the fact that our parcel should be solid enough to avoid damages during the shipping and the importance of the ecology for Nose. Actually there was no need to describe the current situation as I haven't stopped shopping online and nothing was delivered with such delay, no matter where it was shipped from. Anyways, I forgot to inform you that some of the bottle pomps do not work and there are two scents I cannot spray at all. I completely understand your point on the above mentioned issues, but that doesn't mean that you need to justify about anything, just improve it. Thank you and stay safe

    The delivery was surprisingly fast. The composition of the product was also good. The most impressive thing was the handwritten message. One sample out of five had been not in stock. Instead of it, you recommended another product and lettered me such a situation. I think this system is a good response to the problem. However, there are some regrets. I don't really like the new scent, and another perfume sample, À La Rose, don't smell anything.

    I was expecting a comprehensive diagnosis analysis. The only question I was asked in order to receive a diagnosis was what is my current perfume. To clarify, the perfume diagnostic is a starting point, not a final step. It doesn't replace the advisory of a scent advisor. The diagnostic is like the X-Ray, it doesn't replace the doctor! The reason why we ask for past perfumes is that we all follow a path, from a starting point. Perfume is not fashion, it involves the olfactive memory, the most important memory in the human brain.
