  The website is easy to use. Delivery prompt with good tracking. However I gave 4 stars because your return process is not easy. Other reputable bands provide help with returns & deduct the return fee from refund just like what happens on ebay. This is the only thing putting off & am tuning to other brands.

  What should be improved is the last mile delivery process via DPD... they only tried it once ... nobody home... back to DPD distr center and the order was cancelled. They should do 2nd attempt for delivery / deliver at neighbour / give me option to pick up at DPD collection point. Now I had to order again and even missed my first order 10% discount because code was already used in 1st order. Not good!

  My online odlo experience has been mixed. I have placed two different online orders. The first order never showed up (shipping problem). The second, most recent order, everything worked fine. From past experience, I think that odlo is a good company that makes well designed, high quality products that last a long time. If I wasn't such a believer in your quality products, I probably wouldn't have ordered a second time. I'm glad I did.

  Odlo clothing is really good I buy frequently. They are however let down by their delivery company UPS. If I am out when the delivery arrives it is very difficult to find where the parcel is UPS are not easy to contact I would pay for delivery if it were from another company Odlo customer service is good.

  Odlo kit is brilliant, it's about the only baselayer that actually wicks water away from your body that I've come across. You can see the sweat on the outside of the garment if it's very cold, but you are dry on the inside. Full marks guys - I'm a big fan.
