  They never sent an ordered saddle due to an error in their storage, they charged shipping even if the order qualified for free shipping and after one month I haven't received the refund for the saddle pad that they failed to ship or for the shipping and no one replies to my e-mails.

  Last week I received my order (less than a week). However, and unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was wrong expedited - I ordered one "Protection Jacket Dainese Balios 3 Beta - MEN - Color: black, model: MEN, Cut out of top body: Medium" and I received that jacket for LADY. Unfortunately that size for lady is not enough for me and doesn't fit me, inclusive that size is smaller than the other small jackets from the same model I bought (my order includes 2 protection jacket Dainese size Small and 1 protection jacket Dainese size Medium, both for men).
