  I have ordered 1 box of NOX Pro Titanium Padel balls, and on the photo it showed the regular packing with grey lid, and on the box received, all the padel ball cylinders had an orange lid. As it is my first time ordering NOX balls I do not know, whteher if there are any difference between the lid colours versus the actual balls, but I do think it is strange that the product sent, does not match the product shown on the website.

Received the racquets in South Africa about 1 week later via UPS (after a few days sitting in customs), racquets arrived perfectly and have been absolutely loving them!   the order was shipped and arrived timeously. A problem i had was i ordered Bullpadel Pro Next balls and received Bullpadel Next balls. I also ordered 4 cartons and only received 2. Having said this the Padel Pro Shop shipped the missing 2 boxes of correct balls within a short space of time. I reached an agreement to keep the existing incorrect stock as it didnt make sense to pay shipping charges back to them and for them to only ship out once the incorrect stock arrived.They also credited the difference in value of the balls that were shipped. All in all the experience was positive and they reacted to my queries reasonably quickly once they were aware of the problem

  280€ racket arrived and had a small chip (tiny broken piece) Not a huge issue but, when you buy a brand new racket it shouldn't have any damage that could ruin the excitement of buying a brand new expensive racket… 30€ coupon was offered, but I never received it. Other than that the variety and delovery are decent.

  Really couldn't fault the service from Padel ProShop. It was fast and efficient. The only issue I had was with UOS and not Padel ProShop. UPS it seems don't deliver to Parcel Lockers here in Australia, so make sure if you are ordering you need to make the delivery to your home address. It wasn't a big deal, but just something to be aware of.

  I recently placed an order with Padel Pro Shop, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, there were numerous issues and a complete lack of customer satisfaction. Firstly, the product I received was not as described. I specifically ordered the older version of the Adidas balls, only to receive the new version with a higher bounce. This was a clear misrepresentation on the website, and it left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Moreover, the customer service response was extremely unsatisfactory. Instead of acknowledging the problem and offering a reasonable solution, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful replies. The lack of empathy and willingness to address my concerns was truly disheartening. Furthermore, the return policy proved to be an additional hurdle. Not only was I expected to bear the cost of shipping the incorrect product back to the company, but I was also informed that a refund would only be issued upon their receipt of the material. This unreasonable and inconvenient process demonstrates a lack of understanding and care for the customer's time and money. Overall, my order experience with Padel Pro Shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. The misleading product description, poor customer service, and unfair return policy have left me feeling cheated and disrespected as a customer. I highly advise against dealing with this company, as they have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale to potential customers and prompts Padel Pro Shop to reevaluate their practices and prioritize their customers' needs and expectations.

  I always order from padelproshop and it has been nothing less than great. But this order I received the racket and the plastic cover on the grip was stuck to it and it teared the grip. I assume it was exposed to heat for a long time and that was the reason. However, I always order from you guys and you are my only suggestion for anyone who wants to buy anything related to padel.
