I ordered a few dresses and whilst 3 of them were in great condition 2 were disappointing. I ordered black dress which had cat hair on it and the other dress smelt like dirt and needed an instant wash as it smelt dirty.
Great website, delivery and packaging.

Overall happy, however some items I purchased didn't fit and I feel this could have been avoided if more information had been given on your web site. For example, one of the tops I ordered is actually a crop top (which unfortunately, given my "mummy tummy" I am not in a position to wear these days! This s not described on your web site, and was not at all obvious from the item photo (as the top appeared the same length as the other tops i.e. Not cropped). I therefore have to send some things back. Also, please do men's preloaded clothing too! Keep up the good work and merry Christmas to you all :)

Positives: the customer service and delivery is second to none. My Item arrived the next day in some lovely pink paper which I thought was a lovely touch.Absolutley no faults here.

Negatives: I ordered a size 16 dress and it was such small sizing that I doubt it would off even fitted a size 12. Although me and my husband did have a laugh at me trying to squeeze in and out of it, so it wasnt all bad :)

I'll pass it on to a charity shop with a little note to say its small fitting.

Im sure I'll buy from the website again.

Items arrived quickly and excellently packaged. I was kept up to date by email. Unfortunately the clothes smelt musty.Thats no problem as I can wash them. Out of 5 items that were graded as excellent i would say only 2 were with 1 being poor. Other reviews look great so I will buy again as I might have just been unlucky xx

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that you have received items that were not up to our high standard we do try and ensure that our quality control is of the highest standard but occasionally we fall short of our goal.

All items are washed before arriving with us in a commercial washing machine, on occasions items can gain a slight smell from being stocked for prolonged periods of time. However as Patatam's grows and more stock is sold, this problem will slowly be eradicated as items will be moved.

Overall I liked 3 out of the 5 items purchased. After washing 1 item for the first time I found several small holes in the cuff so made the item unwearable which unfortunately was quite disappointing. Another top was quite worn. The other 3 items were in good condition. There was a musty smell on all clothes so not sure if the items are washed before selling. Delivery was quick and there was a surprise tube of Smarties and a shopper tote bag which was a nice touch.

The dress I ordered didn't look how it looked in the picture, i feel it needed a better description. It was a bodycon fitted dress which sadly wasn't what I was looking for. And it took longer to arrive than stated. Seems difficult to return.

Thank you for your message. My apologies that your items received were not as expected; we are currently working on updating our system so that there are more thorough descriptions on each item of clothing, as well as new photo equipment to ensure the images are of the highest quality.

With delivery we send out all items on Royal Mail 24 hour, however Royal Mail aim to delivery next working day, however this is not a guaranteed next day service delivery, deliveries can on occasions take 1 - 3 days.

As we are a newly established company in the UK we are putting finishing touches to all processes; we are working on the returns process so it will be completely automated online through your account. At the moment until this is launched, you can email me directly on uk.support@patatam.com stating your order number and item number you wish to return and I will send over a prepaid returns label with additional information.

Again, my apologies you have not had a slightly negative experience with Patatam. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to turn this into a positive experience.

When buying 2nd hand you know what you're getting. If states excellent condition you expect that. My items were not! Some prices still quite high for what you get! Plus when buying a certain size you expect that size. Again 2 of my items were smaller than stated. Therefore too small.
Haven't been able to find contact details so can talk to someone. So had to leave it as a review.

We are currently in the process of adding in size charts for the various brands we have on our site so that items will have physical measurements; therefore customers will have a better guide as to the size of a garment.

I bought a couple of children clothes, one top had a lot of Childs hair around the collar.
they were all in very good condition, but for further purchases, I would only buy new items.
