    Like some on here was skeptical at first but the tantra chair was so much cheaper than I've seen elsewhere, I took the plunge. All came quickly and well packaged. Great quality item with a zip pocket underneath and simple screw points to secure restaurants if you wish. As others have said, you will need to put you passport or D/L number if you do not have a vat number. Not doing that will delay your order. :)

    I had a good experience ordering from quirumed. The website was easy to use, the communication from customer services was quick and efficient when I had a query and the product arrived in quick time, well packaged and completely as described. My only negative if I had to find one was that the instruction leaflet that came with it was very vague and unhelpful but I was able to figure it out by looking at the pictures on the website! Highly recommend the company and the product

    Wheelchair arrived quickly, it was assembled and very easy to use. Very comfortable and a great price as I had to buy my own as I’m not classed as disabled enough by the nhs! It’s a life saver and means I can now get out and about.

    Maria Apologies for the problem however the description does mentione that the 2 motors work together and not as seperate movements We would always recommend to contact us first by phone or contact form if you have any doubts before the purchase or have special requirements.     My couch was 5 days late. I ordered for delivery within 48hrs £50 delivery charge (standard I believe) customer service did not get back to me during this time, I emailed every day to find out where it was, until I raised a complaint with PayPal I finally had an answer. I have an home treatment room so lost 2 days work as I needed to be available for the delivery that never came. When they did deliver it was a day that I had said I had clients and would not be available, delivery driver banging on my door mid treatment. No explanation no apology. Would never order from this company again.

    My order arrived signficantly late. On the website it stated the product was coming froma UK warehouse but actually it arrived from Spain and I am now concerened about custom charges. When it arrived, the box was damaged Pictures available upon request). I have ordered from quirmed before and was satisfied with the service last time, hence why I returned this time. The product however seems undamaged, despite the atrocious damge to the packaging, and I was desperate to start using it because did not have time to re-order as had an important client to see that week so have not returned it.

    I am delighted with the service and experience of Quirumed.com. The price and expected delivery speed seemed too good to be true but I was delighted with the whole experience. Delivery time is from the moment they process the order so if it says 24 hours I would say leave 48 hours, but that’s still amazing!! I didn’t have to pay for shipping as some people have commented. The quality of the product is better than what I expected. The company communicated with me quickly when I asked questions about delivery. I’m a very happy customer!     Generally very happy - but a few things could be better. It’s not clear when ordering that you HAVE to enter some form of ID number in the order form (in the UK this can be a passport or driving licence number). On the form it looked like this was an optional field for businesses. The issue was resolved by Quirumed emailing me to explain the problem and request the info, so it ended up ok, but clearer explanation on the website would help. The only other thing was that my order (a wheeled carry case for a treatment table) came unpackaged - literally just a piece of cling film wrapped in a thin band around the middle, just big enough to hold the address label. I appreciate the need to minimise packaging, but this felt a bit extreme! Apart from those gripes, happy with the product and would probably use Quirumed again.

    Perfect size mobile massage bag for a large table, shoulder strap could have a better padded fitment as the present one is next to usless and I have changed my one already by using a car seat belt cushion.     I really like this product and use it in thai massage with a lot of my customers who want a softer massage. Its really supportive with people who are carrying weight around their stomach especially men and struggle to lie on their stomach. I have also used this with customers who have had stroke to support limbs and upper body. Really great wipe clean material and very easy to assemble and transport.

    After my daughter broke her ankle I made the decision to buy a wheelchair as it was too expensive to rent one. I ordered it and it arrived two days later, I was very impressed. Don’t be put off when it asks for a VAT ID, as I don’t have a business I could use my driving licence. Great service and great product, thank you 🤩

    The massage table was excellent, better than expected. The fact that I got it in the sale was a bonus because it was quite pricey originally. Probably over priced - the sale price is what it is worth. My only problem with the order was the delivery. It is to door only and if you are on your own, like me, how on earth do they expect you to move a 50+ kg table? I had to arrange for someone to help me. I told the company to arrange delivery the following day as that is when I could call on someone. They did not follow this and consequently it was delivered the next day when I was all alone. Also, as I had no idea when it was coming, I was very fortunate to be between clients when it arrived, otherwise I do not know what would happen. They really need to sort out delivery and assistance. This is not a package to be taken in, it’s a blooming’ great big box weighing the size of a person. I was also told it would be in 2 parts for self assembly. It arrived in one piece so you also have to try and get it out of the (very good) packaging. So the product was excellent, the delivery process was absolutely cr*p. Sorry, but there is no polite way of saying it. The customer service did little to help except to say that was how they do it! Customer service - none really.

    I ordered a pressotherapy machine during the “Black Friday deal”. The machine arrived after 3 weeks broken. Immidiately after I bought it the price dropped of more than £100 so the false advertising of Black Friday deal wasn’t real. I Emailed and called them to arrange a collection of the broken item but they disappeared and they never get back to me. Now I still have the item and I’m waiting for my money back. Horrible customer service, false advertising on prices. I recommend you to look at the price every day for a long time before you buying. And I hope you will never had a problem to deal with otherwise you will ending loosing your time and your money. If I could give -1 for rating I would. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    The coach is a little narrow but is still very comfortable. The rub stopper for the feet are of a poor quality as they don't stop the coach from moving. The arm of the coach wobble around and can make a rattling sounds. There should be some indent on the shafts to secure the arm in place. The electrical motor work well. The major down side is after paying £140 for Fedex to deliver, Fedex and the UK tax office charge you close to £200 due to importation. over all the coach is not bad just all the other addition cost.

    Appalling customer service. Misleading website! I was lead to believe my item would be sent out from their UK warehouse . However, it was sent from Spain which incurred a hefty import charge from FedEx. When I queried this with the company, they ignored my emails. The eventual response was unhelpful and arrogant, no apology and certainly no offer to cover the cost, despite their misleading website. I will NOT use Quirumed again. I could have bought the same thing from the UK for much less!!!

    I am well aware of Brexit and import duty. My point is, your website is MISLEADING! It gives the impression that UK orders are fulfilled by your UK warehouses, therefore not subject to import duty. Very disappointing. I have quite a lot of equipment to purchase over the coming months. Sadly it won’t be from Yourselves

    The customs system is a nightmare but I was helped by the team - absolutely delighted with my new autoclave ! Well wrapped and all parts delivered within 7 working days ( would have been sooner is it wasn’t for customs ) I expect to pay postage as it was clearly displayed this would be the case - will be purchasing more from this company!

    I ordered a wheelchair with adjustable legs/foot rests. The wheelchair was delivered, but one of the wheels wouldn't turn properly, so I contacted the company, requesting a replacement part. After a few emails back and forth, I was told the part was on its way, but nothing arrived. I'm still waiting, several weeks after the wheelchair was delivered. I think I should have sent the wheelchair back and requested a refund. Very disappointed.

    I am still waiting for my order and am told it is sat with TNT damaged, they say they send pictures so we can decide whether to accept or not and there is nothing attached. cost me loads of money and I really needed it for my physio due to my disability, and it is completely disappointing. so fed up with it.

    Hi Howard As mentioned in the email we sent, unfortunately the item was damaged in transit and we were waiting for Fedex to confirm how bad and if they could still try to deliver. We only got the conifrmation yetserday and so we are sending a new couch out either today or tomorrow as we just need a docuement signed by them.     Thank you I am pleased to hear I will receive a replacement for this order, hopefully it wont be too long before I receive it. Will it be sent by the same courier company? they obviously had not taken any care with it at all considering the state it was in. Anyway, I really do look forward to getting the therapy couch.     Unacceptable After-Sales Support Experience! purchased two massage beds from your company, and I received them on October 2nd. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a turn for the worse as both beds began to show a significant issue with the foam just two weeks after delivery. I promptly contacted the customer support team, providing detailed videos showcasing the problem. I have received nothing but automated responses to my emails, and my numerous attempts to reach your team by phone have been unsuccessful.

    The price is reasonable, but be careful that it does not included the custom charged. The company won’t including it. When you work out, it’s more expensive and a lot more hassle for delivery. The service wasn’t simple like other company, too much hassle.

    Quirumed appear to be ok, however, their chosen courier is far from ok. TNT damaged the bed in transit, then held on to it for days advising it was being re packed. They then advised Quirumed that they attempted to deliver the shipment, and I rejected it. This never happened. They sent me no communication at all. Quirumed have sent another bed, this is due to be received this coming Monday. Sceptical as to if this will turn up, and if it does what state it will be in. Quirumed appear to be a decent firm, but a new carrier is fundamentally required I think. They most likely know this, but are most likely locked in a lengthy contract with TNT.

    Good chair and service except for using sharks for delivery. I was not aware the item was sold as a leisure chair, rather than disabled people chair , with the result of being asked now to pay 25% extra, in VAT and import duties which should be exempt as a disability aid under the custom rules. Fed-Ex who delivered the chair were exceptionally unhelpful to put it politely, and whilst they demanded the payment o behalf of the tax people, they DID NOT answer or respond to my communication explaining this was a disability aid, used to carry disabled people down and upstairs and without which, as an amputee, I cannot leave the house at all. It is terribly uncomfortable and requires twp strong adults to transfer me when leaving or coming into the house, and it has absolutely no other use at all For your delivery people, this could not go lower as customer service is concerned.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered from this company and the communication was terrible, I had to get a special number for the dispatch and when it arrived the delivery driver refused to bring the parcel into the premises. When opening the parcel it came damaged with the sink in pieces. I emailed and contacted the company several times which took me to find a number to call after 5 days who offered me a replacement or find a sink myself in the uk to be replaced. Terrible customer service and in the end I got a refund, let’s see how many days it takes to receive my refund! I would not recommend to purchase from here and I will definitely not be buying from here again !!

    If you order anything new you get great service, the item arrived quickly packaged well. But the aftercare team is useless after 9 months of trying to get a part for my 4 year old plinth and then not receiving the part required and also been unable to get refund for wrong part sent out and no response to numerous emails I've had to buy a new plinth in all I am £128 out of pocket for wrong item and £530 for having to buy new plinth, when my old plinth just needed a new part and your completely useless aftersales team couldn't get me it.

    I have received my wash basins and one has arrived smashed - I’ve followed the after sales process but haven’t recieved any correspondence since sending photos of the damage goods - i also had to wait longer than expected for delivery with zero communication.     They are good in getting whatever it is you order sent out right after payments are made, the down side is they tell you 6 days but its not its much longer I ordered my wheelchair on the 20th of July and I did not receive my order until the 4th of August, in two parts and no communication everything is press a button but no one to speak to , say there is something wrong I feel there should be a way to communicate with the company not just emails that are generic.

    Dear Martin To confirm the refund was as explained becuase we refund in euros and not pounds and so there is a slight difference in the GBP to euro conversion when making the payment and when you recieved the refund. This price then displayed on the website when the currency is changed over, has it´s conversion rate calculated by the European Central Bank who send us a daily conversion rate between euros and the chosen currency.     I have to give 3 stars only as there has been issues, although not technically Quirmed fault, more delivery contractors fault.     I received my item in a damaged condition and currently still going back and forth with the customer service team on how to resolve the issue. I was offered a €23 refund offer to keep the item which was a massage table that I paid over €180 for. The massage table was already damaged before being packaged to me as there was no other visible damages on the packaging and bag so it wasn’t a damaged during transit. I have sent all the pictures requested and since I declined their €23 offer, this company has refused responding to me. This is totally unacceptable and I need someone to contact me before I place a dispute with my PayPal for my refund that I was sent a damaged product and your company has refused to resolve it directly. At this point, I am not happy to keep the item again in its condition and I just want my refund!

It works out cheaper for you if I keep it so please don’t say I declined a collection.     The reception desk would have been okay of not arrived damaged, its right on the front where it can be seen. The delivery guy was extremely rude and expected me to lift it into my premises. It weighed a ton. Customers had to help as he just left it on my door step, in a wooden crate, and wouldn't help carry it into my premises. Your website needs to be made clear that you are in Spain. Buyers are not informed you have to pay £150 delivery costs, and taxes to get into the UK, it's left in Dover and up to the buyer to sort it out, if I'm being honest it was an absolute nightmare.

    Veronica The trasnport agency returned the item to us as they lost the invoice. We will send it out again shortly and send all the tracking information to you once it is sent. For the future You can get the tracking information by following the steps below. 1) PLease log into your Quirumed account by clicing on  the link below. https://www.quirumed.com/uk/  -  Click on "MY ACCOUNT" 2) Once logged in, go the far left of the screen and click on "ORDERS" 3) Your orders will appear.     Not suitable for my husbands needs. Very disappointed with over all quality of the wheelchair . Not very sturdy and the neck rest needed stitching . As it will cost too much to send back was a waste of money !

    Quirumed were excellent, although shipping via Fedex/TNT was terrible and unfortunately due to this I probably won't order again as it was such an ordeal dealing with the courier. If there was a different courier I would definitely recommend this company

    The customer service has been appalling, and extremely slow in responding. The reception desk was badly damaged in 3 different areas, and is unusable. The damage could only be seen when fully unpacked and not visible when the courier dropped it off. Despite photos, about a dozen emails, and phone calls to a number no one picks up, we have not be able to get a refund. AVOID at all costs, we had such a poor experience and have now started legal action to recover our money.

    Placing the order on-line was simple, but turned out to be a bit problematic. The website did not allow tracking of the order. So when the wheelchair had not turned up after the advertised period, I phoned the help number. My new best mate Neil was very helpful, and said that PayPal - which I had opted to use - had rejected the order, and would refund the order. And seconds later I received an email from PayPal saying that the money would be back in two days time. I phoned (Neil) again and tried to place the order with my card, but it would not accept it. Neil sent me an email with Quirumed's bank details and a reference to pay on-line. But the Santander web site could not reconcile the registered name on the bank account with the name Neil had sent me. Leap of faith (in Neil) and I forced the transaction through in spite of the Santander warning. It all worked out and I received the chair ten days later. But on the face of it, PayPal and Santander could not verify the transaction - it could have been a scam. Phoned Neil - as requested - to confirm the transaction had gone through, and he said this happened occasionally. But it still seems a leap of faith and Quirumed needs to get its shell companies sorted out.

    HI Colin Thansk for the feedback, there was a technical issue with paypal reporting the payment to us and this is why the original order was not registererd as we didn´t recieve the payment. We are glad we could resvole the problem and that you are happy with the wheelchair!! Regards Quirumed
