  The first impression of Ringover is good. I just started using Ringover, therefor it's hard to write a review that is based on the actual experience of the product itself. However, until now I am satisfied with the communication and the support.

  well, the key to choosing it was the SMS service for Germany which then turned out (despite what it says on the website) doesnt exist. secondly the set up of the IVR is really un-intuitive. Please update how you set up rules for working hours (rather than by clicking on the times) and out of hours (which then isn't clicking on the timeline, but the key in the legend) - both options are so hidden and also not explained in the manual. everything else seems to work ok for now.

  Good quality of sounds, easy to use, variety of applications.Totally recommended. I hope soon to add more free call destinations in Middle East countries.
