the problem I have is not with the products or ordering, in fact I was pleased and surprised with the speed of delivery considering its warehouse being over seas. The main issue is with customer service, no phone number and only an online bot to contact which very quickly becomes frustrating at its level of knowledge, then again what can you expect of automation. The shoes sent to me were not the right size and I wanted to swap them, this was made very difficult by the responses I got from Mr Automated robot, the follow up emails were then sent in German; I like a challenge and try not to complain but after 30 minutes of back and forth not in my own mother tongue frustrated at Google translate I gave up and have persevered without the correct size. The company are prompt, provide competitive pricing on high end sports products, the only let down is the difficult customer service, or lack of!!

Good selection and good prices, but the delivery is expensive and long and the returns cost is extortionate. I was charged £11 to return a small running belt that only cost me £33 and I had already paid £6 delivery on that.

Cant believe some of the negative reviews. Have ordered from this site before with no issues and orders always arrive earlier than what is stated. This site is encompassed with other sites (eg bikeinn) so the points earned are not just tied into 1 particularl sport/discipline. Prices are more thab reasonable and will keep on using this company for trainers and some cycling gear.

I was skeptical as many had said their parcels either took a longer time than expected to show up or they did not show up at all . I personally received my package on time and also with it containing the correct product . Answer by Spencer LFlagI have contacted you via email and social media as you well know. It’s not viable to pay £12 to return an item that you have already paid £6 for to be delivered. Essentially £18 to try on an item. The sizes are smaller than any other Mizuno too I own that I’ve taken a ‘L’ in for years. I’d happily take an XL off you, but not at £12 for a return and another £5.99 to post. This has never been offered as an option either. Just stone-walked with “that’s our policy ‘have a nice day’”. It’s not a problem, I’ll just not be a repeat customer.

Item left in black bin by their couriers , couriers won’t help because it’s a parcel from overseas , wasn’t aware this was a foreign company when ordering either. Customer service is very poor they are refusing to follow up emails regarding the issue and expect myself to resolve the issue. I ordered some trainers and they arrived the wrong size. I spent ages on chat system to be told as the customer I'd have to return them and re buy them due to their error. Disgusting customer service, letting customers down. I bought this as a gift and needed it for a certain day and the company do not care, and simply say return the item we dont' care. It's awful that they can send the wrong items to people and not send out the correct items to help customers.
