I ordered a wetsuit and fins, they came in and everything was good. When I ordered I got a mail that the order came in and that I would later on reveice a track and trace. I did get a track and trace, but it didn't work because i didn't have the right app. It didn't really matter because I got one from the delivery business. The box the order came is was really damaged. That didn't matter for my order, but it was not very neat. Overall I am happy and would deffinately order here again.

We offer a wide variety of products, many of them are in stock in our logistics center for immediate shipment and others appear with a longer delivery date, which means they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products you are given an expected delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics center (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the shipping company you have chosen. I have ordered complete Spearfishing equipment for 1.200€. They forgot to send 1 item out of 32 ordered and it was a snorkel, then they send it in another package and charge me the shipping cost one more time., but package didn’t arrived on time before my diving trip. So this was most expensive snorkel because shipping costs was almost as snorkel and I need to buy another one in local shop because of delay. Bad experience indeed.

Much cheaper than Amazon, so I was suspicious, particularly in the light of some negative reviews. However, in practise, my concerns proved to be unfounded. The selection and ordering process were straightforward and helpful, whilst subsequently I received regular updates on the process of my order. The parcel arrived more rapidly from Spain than I expected. In fact, the whole experience was so good that I ordered again almost immediately. First class service- well done!

Unfortunately, after it arrived I realised that it does NOT FIT the original Salvimar HERO 95 speargun that is fitted with original Salvimar horizontal roller that comes with the gun. :( I almost broke the roller trying to fit it. I had to remove the part that holds roller to the gun to try to squeeze camera holder and even then wasn't properly fitted. Unfortunately, this does not seem as valid camera holder for this gun, and it is holder was quite pricey.

Had to return 2 sets of fins at my expense, 3rd set should be 39 -41 yet still to big for my size 42 feet.. even with a 5mm neoprene sock, sizes are all over the place… are these genuine products?

First time using Diveinn and I was not disappointed. Not only was the regs set I wanted far cheaper than anywhere else I looked, but also the transaction was efficiently dealt with. Ordered on 21.8.2023 delivered from Spain to UK 29.8.2023. Comms were excellent and tracking details spot on. Delivery would have been within 7 days if it wasn't for August bank holiday in UK. Would definitely recommend Diveinn based on my experience.
