    I still haven’t received the items, after contacting them on 25/01 got a reply on 26/01 I was told there was some sort of issue & they will be dispatching the items again after confirming my details but I haven’t received a reply after supplying the requested information. I tried emailing two more times on 31/01 & 08/02 not a single response

    Impossible to talk to them by phone. I wasted over a week trying to get a 'Smart' thermostat set up, which was annoying in the middle of a cold spell in January. A phone call would have saved a lot of hours trying to set the device up. It was a replacement and should have been easy, but it wasn't. their so called email support system just doesn't work. Slow to respond to emails too. Very poor. I think these guys assume people have nothing better to do with their time.

    Email support, whatsapp support, etc doesn't work for setting up devices like this. It needs to be telephone so that people can get the job done, not having to start it over and over again because the instructions are bad.

    YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RESPONSE TO REQUESTS IS ABYSMAL. Despite following all instructions and advice in FAQs, the device would not connect to my wifi despite several attempts. I submitted a support request to which I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO RESPONSE AFTER 2 WEEKS. In the meantime, I managed to get some telephone advice. The advice did not help directly but something I did during the process caused the camera to connect. It may have been using an older iPhone as part of the setup but I don't know for sure. My wifi network has not changed and has always been functional. Anyway, as a result of this, the camera has now been functioning for about a week. I also received a request for more information from you after leaving a review on Trustpilot. I provided this, but AGAIN HAVE RECEIVED NO DIRECT RESPONSE. If only you could provide responsive support, I would be enthusiastically buying more products but I am cautious in case they don't work again and I get no help. There is not even an easy way to return products that don't work. Your company seems to be very defensive. Not even a phone number listed.

    The Netatmo website is excellent. It is clear and easy to navigate. Netatmo’s customer service is also better than I have had anywhere else. Giada who assisted me in replacing a faulty module was very good, and as an apology sent me a Netatmo power bank, mug, and stationary set! The delivery of my order was unbelievably fast, and overall I am very happy with what I ordered.

    Got a text saying it had been delivered when in fact it hadn’t and I was in all day. But for the picture the courier sent me to show where it was left I would never of known. Finished up walking around the roads to find it from the picture outside somebody else’s house. When I eventually found it, it was my correct address on the parcel so the courier driver must of been incapable of reading….. change your courier they are poor and let you down. As for my temperature sensor it works perfectly.

    It has taken me months to get a replacement for a faulty anemometer which was still under warranty. I even contacted the head office in France. The customer service is worthless as is the warranty if you have to go through endless hoops top get a response. I would not recommend Netatmo customer service, you take a chance with them.

    I received a rain guage direct from NETATMO with corroded batteries. After unnecessary delays, a replacement was shipped that never made it past their own French customs. Quite why has never been explained. With two failures to provide the product, I requested a refund instead. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. Netatmo has failed to provide a service at every possible point and I am still owed money by this company. Unacceptable on every count

    Faulty product on receipt. Corroded batteries that had also fused to the contacts. Needless delays in getting a replacement followed. Three weeks later I was sent a replacement, which never arrived. Apparently it didn’t pass customs and never left France. It was returned to Netatmo, who didn’t inform me what had happened. I’ve requested a full refund. Nice products, but beware of the poor service should items go wrong. I would suggest any customer outside of France not to order from them directly. Go through Amazon or a local stockist instead.

    I seem to be the subject of two ‘exceptional’ situations. A faulty product and failed delivery of a replacement. As for the customs rejection, I wasn’t informed of this at any stage. I left it a week and then contacted you to confirm it had been returned to your depot. No offence to anyone personally, but, as I say, the whole thing has been a shambles from start to finish. A refund means I have my money back (although, again, there is absolutely no justifiable reason for its delay. It should be instant).     Poor opinion. I ordered online. The goods were dispatched and I had a delivery date. Without informing me, Netatmo recalled the package. It was only when I chased it up was I informed.     Very Good. The delivered product was faulty, however it was promptly diagnosed and replaced. The mark of good customer service is how do they handle things when they go awry, on this showing, very well. I was talked through the diagnosis, and as soon as it was clear the item was faulty, a new one was ordered and a returns label sent to me.

    Radiator valves come without fixtures for British radiators. You then have to buy some small plastic rings for £15 from netatmo. Clearly they could include them but choose not to in order to sell you some extortionately priced pieces of plastic

    During the shipment process the company forgotten to attach the invoice to the packaging, so it was held at French Border Control and sent back to Netatmo. Now, 1 month and 2 days after me paying for the order, they still have not sorted it out and I still don't have neither the thermostat nor the money. Customer service does not exist at Netatmo, as it takes about a full week (!!!) to respond to my emails, and there is no phone number to reach them via phone. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

    My anemometer failed so made contact with Matthieu and Maxime who halped me try to get the sensor to work. this failed. they arranged for a new anemometer to be delivered. Delivery was by DHL, but problems with export delayed delivery. when the sensor arrived I managed to connect to the big unit no problem. Now wether station is fully operational. thankyou

    At first I love the ideas of having a product endorsed by apple as I am an apple fun. When I got my product I thought it was easy to fix not knowing it was a matter of an expect I needed to contact. Anyway it took me 3 weeks after purchase to get it fixed by an engineer. A week after everything was up an running all my three cameras and the sensors got disconnected. Oh my world it was so temperamental to get it fixed. To cut a long story short I am not satisfied with the product due to the amount of time it takes to even restore it to work is a matter of weeks. My outside camera has stopped working after almost a year of having it and one of my indoor camera is broken and I have to return it. It takes about three weeks for the manufacturer to get back to you. Still I am without security camera. I need the manufacturer to replace the broken one. The most annoying part is that there is no telephone number to call to even communicate. Everything you need from them is through email and it takes weeks before they get back to you. I am very disappointed.

    The camera did take a long time to come and I had to ask about an update a few weeks after the order. I was told there where some technical problems which was holding up delivery. I never did get a delivery date it just turned up.
