  Your website isnt any problem at all. The issue lies with dhl which sends 5 to 10 emails just to change delivery location and it have happend that they ignore location and leave it with their agent instead.

  Hello, Navigation and order on site were ok not any problem. Only little problem was the shipping as I saw a mistake and a round trip from Bologna to Milano and way back before arriving in France. But at the end I received the parcel so everything ended well.

  I visited the shop in Mai 2023 and found the best balsamic vinegar ever. I took a bottle home and finished it within two months. This is when I ordered more bottles plus the Parmegano cream. Payment went quick and the order was delivered within a few days. Everything was well packed and arrived in one piece. I will order there again! Molto molto bene! Grazie

  Que c'est bon de trouver un site comme celui-ci...une commande parfaite! Mes produits reçus 3 jours après commande, emballage très pro isotherme au point que tout était froid encore, la glace d'accompagnement n'était même pas totalement fondue...Quand aux produits et bien ils correspondent en tous points à mes attentes, merci vous avez gagné un client fidèle!! Je recommande sans hésiter. Si je dois dire une chose c'est que je trouve dommage que les produits sont plus chers lorsqu'ils sont destinés à l’étranger plutôt qu'à l'Italie et pourtant le transport international est bien facturé! Pourquoi? ce n'est pas très juste surtout pour une livraison Europe donc ce n'est pas une question douanière! c'est pour cela que je ne met pas 5 étoiles

  Purtroppo, non ho gradito l'obbligo di creare un account separato per spedire i Vs prodotti all'estero. La ritengo una scelta poco felice da parte Vs. , sono italiano e risiedo in Italia , ma ho numerosi amici all'estero ai quali vorrei inviare i Vs prodotti , utilizzare un account come se fossi " straniero" (e magari pagare prezzi piu alti...) non è una cosa molto gradita.

  I work in the US for an Italian pharmaceutical company with HQ in Parma. Every time I come to Parma (already three times this year) I go to the shop on Garibaldi street and being back the best cheese. My Mom lives in Sweden and we celebrate Mother's day later in May and I wanted to treat her with something extra. I ordered already last weekend (Sunday) since I didn't know how long it would take. The Verdi Pack was packed and shipped on Monday and delivered at my Mom's door in Sweden on Wednesday! My Mom was so surprised and just loved everything! Next time I will get some culatello as well.

  Made a 370€ order and received absolutly horrible products. The salame felino was moldy , and not the good kind of mold. The mortadella was not mortadella but some cheap liver sausage. The würstel had a HORRIBLE smell and weird color inside. Probably because it was shipped without cooling and traveled for 3 days ! The parmesan cheese was a rip off... The 60 month old parmsan was actually a 30 or 36 months. The guanciale was oily and grey inside , not fit for human consumption. Do not order on this store ! You can find higher quality Italian products in your local LIDL store. Believe me....
