  The costumer service was really good, courier lost my parcel and in a few days sidas team solved the incovineit and I received my package. Al personnel was able to talk in English and they quickly solved the problem. I'm really satisfied about sidas costumers care.   Order and delivery as well as the products are great. But you can't find detailed information about the insoles' thickness and material on all models. A tool to compare them would be nice. It would also be great to have a tool that helps analyze one's foot in order to choose the right model.

  If you are trying to buy something from different country than France (i.e. Poland), brace your self that you will waste your time and nerves, just to discover that package is wrongly addressed by Sidas and logistic operator don't care about it. It took almost two weeks from order to discovering it. And support will not help you with that. Long story short: waste of time, waste of nerves, no product that I really needed for the running competition.

  Hallo liebes Sidas Team, ich wollte ein paar Sachen zurückschicken und habe dazu das Rücksendeformular auf der Sidas Seite ausgefüllt. Nach über einer Woche habe ich immer noch nichts gehört und die Sachen stehen immer noch bei mir rum. Sehr unschön der Prozess ich würde bei Sidas nicht mehr bestellen, obwohl die Produkte sehr gut sind. Bitte kümmert Euch und macht das online Shopping Erlebnis besser. Viele Grüße und hoffentlich meldet sich jetzt mal jemand

  The navigation of the site is good and the response of the customer service is fast but not always useful. There is nothing worse for a client than an order not arriving to destination, and that is the moment where the solutions from SIDAS never arrive either. His partner for international shipments (DHL) does not advise on the rules of exporting products to other countries and then the customer must pay for logistics errors due to poor shipping management where you can lose your order and your money.

  The website was very unreliable. I tried using different browsers but whenever I clicked to the payment page it would always say it's timed out due to inactivity. Same thing on the phone. I eventually changed to the desktop site on my phone and for some reason that worked. Very annoying but got there in the end.support were very nice and responsive but didn't know why this happened.

  I like their products. Their insoules are excellent for my feet with the high-arch option. I have purchased several of them, and for different purposes. For example, the insole for winter really did some nice isulation of the feet from the coldness of the ground in -5c and more temperatures. Quality of the products are of high quality, they really are focused on the feet in many ways. It might be costly, but custom made insoles are much more expensive ( once poaid 75 and more euros, and my friend in France pays more then 120 euros), and if SIDAs insoles suits the shape of your feet - luck is on your side :) Their delivery is amaizing, it comes in 48 hours within EU territory. Once they send me insoles to Latvia in one or 2 days, and this time - to Poland, also, in 2 working-days. Brilliant! Thank you!
