  I am so pleased with this product. Stylo Lumiere (No1 pearly rose) has made such a differance to my eyes. I have dark circles and puffiness around the eye area due to Thyroid problems. I would,nt hesitate to recommend this product. It makes the eye look so fresh.

  Christmas period so I can understand however what I don't expect is to pay for next day delivery, following the requirements of ordering before the required time, not receiving the product. Then calling the customer service number which repeatedly diverts to a Vodafone voicemail. In addition, no email response until over a week later having recieved the product and sent it back asking for a full refund.

  I am in London based and would prefer to only purchase Sisley products from Harrods. I did not have a good experience in Selfridge and John Lewis( their staffs as if they are trying to only sell products.. l was very upset about it) First time I used Sisley website and very much like it. I will definitely get my products through the website.

  The value of buying directly from Sisley is great. Especially as you get to choose your own samples, love it! Having said that, I to an email informing me about some last minute offers and I noticed that the product they linked me from the email was not searchable on the website (it was the eye and lip Sisley cream). I was lucky I kept the email so I was able to find the product that way.

  Web site crashed four times during two transactions. Could not find our whether charges had been taken from credit card. No reply to emails. Customer services phone closed. No reply to voice mail messages left. Finally managed to contact by phone, not much better. Order placed by phone only as product was promised. Fab products but not worth the online hassle.

  My order was pprocessed very well and received quickly, packaged carefully and beautifully. The new website is lovely but it is a little clunky- hence the 4 not 5 stars. Also - it is very annoying to see products and click and then find that they are out of stock or discontinued e.g. Soir D'Orient Gift Set. Also I used the contact form to make an inquiry and got no response - assume it is not being monitored?

  I have used Sisley for @ 17 years. I have only just retired and had a job where I constantly travelled all over the world. I needed products that kept my skin hydrated and longlasting. I also play a lot of outdoor sport, I have tried all of the major names in skin care. Sisley is my choice on all occasions.

  The only issue I had was with the website at the time of ordering which was crashing too much and couldn’t/didn’t get the samples I wanted which is a shame. Also was difficult to get hold of customer service. They said they will send me the samples I wanted but not received which is great. To be fair I guess if it wasn’t due to CV19 situation that wouldn’t have happened. So it’s a 4 star for me :)
