  Dear Customer, We are sorry that the product purchased does not meet your expectations. We have sent you the electronic label to return your purchase for free. Once your return has been received and the integrity of the goods has been verified, you will be refunded through the same payment method. However, we wonder why you did not contact us via our customer service and did not follow the instructions on our platform. Instead, you preferred to open a refund procedure on PayPal, first asking us to refund the total amount of your purchase because the product was of poor quality, then because it was faulty, all naturally without returning the product. We have informed you that the standard refund procedure involves returning the product first. Again, using the PayPal chat, we sent you the courier's prepaid waybill and asked you to use it to return the product at no cost to you. At this point, you have asked us for a 50% refund of your purchase without making the return. In practice, you proposed keeping the product and receiving 50% of its value. Maybe this strategy can work with other smarter sites, but we have followed the standard and correct procedures for ten years and intend to continue. However, always consider us at your disposal for information or clarifications, and we are confident that you will find seriousness and assistance from us. Best regards.

  The reason I did not return the item yet is because I paid for shipping the item to me and I do NOT trust you refunding me all my money . Don’t think and analyze too much . This is a simple dissatisfaction of a poor quality product that is in no way worth the 224 dollars that I paid for it . The quality is not worth that much money for a shirt . You will never see me back as a customer or my friends or family
