  I collect watches of all ranges and values from carter to tag and I am very discerning. It is a lovely timepiece, pleasing on the eye and nice to wear. Delivery was earlier than promised and extremely well packed. One other point, the watched storage box is excellent and I think it a very welcome addition. For the price absolutely terrific.

  I purchased two Spinnaker Piccard watches from timebyme.co.uk, the SP-5082-01 titanium version and SP-5082-02 gold version. Both arrived safely as described and many thanks to Aurélien and Marta for their efforts in making this happen as the watches are limited edition and selling out fast. First class service throughout.   Disappointed with service on my second TimeByMe Purchase. The watch arrived with the box damaged on the inside, the 'new' watch had very little protective plastic on it and worse still it had scratches on the clasp and heavier scratching on the bracelet next to the clasp area! - it had obviously been a returned item and then sent to me! - to add insult to injury I later discovered I could have the watch about £30 cheaper from Serious Watches. I won't rush back to TimeByMe for my next purchase.

  Ordered a watch for a Christmas present on 6th December and had to chase the order when it did not arrive on the expected delivery day. There wasn’t much of an explanation and I had to wait a few days to be told that the warehouse was unable to locate the parcel. Another watch was shipped to me, but didn’t arrive until 30th December which was very disappointing considering it was a Christmas present and I felt that there wasn’t enough explanation or apology during the process.

  I could not be happier with my purchase from Timebyme.   The watch I ordered was lost in transit however Timebyme could not be more apologetic and helpful. They offered complete refund or a substantial discount if I chose another watch. I chose another watch and I was kept informed of the process throughout and from the courier. Although they are based in France I received my watch quicker than here in the UK. I can thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

  I bought a watch for my Mom on 26 Dec 2018, which arrived promptly. However, the watch strap broke on 02 Mar 2019 after a few wears and I emailed in to TimeByMe. Aurélien Robinet replied on the same day that she will get the watch company to send me the replacement strap. After that, she just went missing. She replies only after i send in multiple chaser emails, in fact, she replied on 08 Mar saying the deliver has been sent, and again on 25 Apr "confirming" that the replacement strap is on the way. When i asked for the tracking number, she disappeared again. My experience with TimeByMe has been nothing but a major disappointment. Dishonest seller and fake promises with no intentions to provide any form of post-sales service.

  Firstly the price was the best anywhere having looked around for about a month. Also availability as many advertised places didn't have stock. I recieved all the relevant and necessary information about my purchase and delivery date was as stated. Unfortunately I was at home to take delivery but re-organised collection from a safe box. Very happy with my purchase the watch is everything I expected it to be, other than it didn't contain an instruction manual. Timebyme proved to be a reputable retailer, I can recommend.

  Hello Justyna. You are totally right and we unfortunately are responsible for the delay on the delivery. Our sincere apologies for the delay. As soon as we did see the issue, we did send another watch with express delivery in order to solve this asap.
