    They didn't even get to my house and sent the parcel back, saying that no one was home. If they did get home, why don't you have a function to leave the parcel in a safe place or at the nearest post office?

    I did not navigate but used a link. However it woult be better if on the site not only size 12, 14 etcetera was mentioned but also the more regular sizes. At other sites these skirts had the regular sizes, so its possible to mention that too.

    False advertising and pathetic customer service. Multiple shipments got delayed, from 1 week to 4 weeks... Haven't received any items from one delivery even though all items were listed as being in stock, AND ARE STILL advertised as being in stock with a delivery date of 1 week. They don't split packages up if they have a delay on one item, which would seem reasonable for a 3 week delay... And you're paying 5.99 for delivery... Non-existent customer service. Just a chat bot (or very simple human you can only copy paste stupid generic responses) Happened multiple times, which makes me think they are just lying on their website about their stock and delivery times (which are already pretty slow..). They have no idea what products are where. For sport stuff this really sucks if you have a race.... Complete cannot trust the delivery timing at all.. good luck if anything goes wrong because their customer service is disgusting. Use Amazon or anything else an pay 5% more and know you're actually going to get your products...

    Yoy sent me a wromg item, with a different size. You misled me, the customer, by having attached the label with the rigtht size. I realized that fraud efter having cut off another label and put the shirt on. I keep the label. However, you refused to give me a refund. I would never reccomend someone to buy here.     The description of the product was not true at all, in this case l ordered a roller bag but I’d received a bag without wheels. And the support did nothing to solve the problem, they could at least offer to pay back the delivery costs if I sent the product back. I consider this as fraud. Don’t recommend tradeinn and will never buy anything from them or the sister sites ever again!

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received.
