    Production and Delivery nearly two months, I was promised on two occasions that the product would be delivered 'next week' and it was not to then be told it would be the end of January was ridiculous. This caused significant delays on a project that was to be completed during the Christmas break.

    I note no mention of the long delivery time and broken promise of when it would be delivered. What you charged for delivery the time taken not appreciated.
