  Really dissipated with the condition the package arrived in, the tape around the box was half stuck down, the box was damaged and squashed and in a terrible state, I’m surprised the box inside with the clothes was intact - first experience was not good either kids around at all

  I ordered my item specifically for a party but it arrives with the metal tag on which means it will need to be returned and a new one issued. I don’t have time for this nor should I have to make arrangements for an error made by the company. Also their delivery company delivered way earlier than I was advised which meant I wasn’t home and I then had to collect from a local shop. When you have 3 kids and one being a baby it is busy as it is without having to run around for a delivery I paid £9 for. (Delivery charge)

  The delivery service was good but like a lot of companies online to return an item because its to small is a nightmare I emailed this company 3 times but no reply in the end I had to phone them I explained that I didn't have a printer and could I have a QR code but no I had to get someone to print out the label, from now on I will only buy from amazon

  My order wasn’t delivered to my home address! upon checking proof of delivery on the website, I discovered that my order was delivered to a shop. Not sure what this was done as I clearly provided my home address and the preferred method of delivery, no additional addresses were added. Not happy with the service as I was told someone would reach out to me but clearly this hasn’t been done either.

  I was very unsatisfied with my order. My daughter wears a size 33 and usually I would purchase a size up. On this product I had to purchase 3 sizes up which ended costing me more as I had to pay 3 times the shipping fees. Because I had to order it three times before I received a size I was happy with. I was very disappointed with this purchase and this information should be written somewhere so that future purchasers can be informed before hand and can make informed decisions regarding their purchase.

  A week after placing the order, it has not arrived yet, DHL sent it by mistake to Japan! I called customer service saying I need it in the next dew days, they said they have to speak to the carier and would come back to me, by end of day I haven’t heard from them. Even though it is not their fault the level of customer service is very poor.

  Easy to use, smooth transition and hassle free. Only thing was when I put my address in it didn’t register the correct area and I changed it but when I received the order confirmation it hadn’t been changed on there. I had to call them up to change the address which used up a lot of time.
