  I have booked many times before and I always find I have too long names and surname. I therefore have to telephone. The number on the website booking place was incorrect and the new number given was not answered Not pleased so I had to go back and alter all sorts to get the website to accept the booking. Had it been to go abroad I would have been stuffed as you must have the same names on the booking as in the passport In the past you have always been exceptional, now I am not sure Rating 3* sorry.

  The holiday payment was declined due to a problem with VP systems. I paid by alternative means but the original payment remains pending and is affecting my credit limit on that card. VP say the money will be returned once it hits their system but it could take 5 days to return. Not a great experience

  Sales person, Matthew, very helpful (However, spent all morning trying to get through to the new sales team, & the message left with the other sales team never resulted in a reply to my call for them to ring me. I wouldn’t have rung if the info on line had stated that the, to be, allocated hotel would have a swimming pool- which Matthew confirmed)

  just booked with them, need to upgrade a room so sent an email to their Customer Services with no reply, 4 days later i send a second and no reply and now we are at a week later and no reply. they took the money for the booking instantaneously but don't expect any customer service.

  I needed to ring you because I was having a problem on the internet. The person dealing with my booking was very helpful, charming and friendly. I have used Voyage Prive before and the discounts are genuine and a great bargain. I would not hesitate to use again.,

  A great concept. Misleading website. After clicking on the ‘with flights’ option it is not an intuitive process with the drop down being slightly hidden to add flights... I assume because the price of the holiday then hikes up. I booked all the way through to the end without having any flight options added and in fairness it is my fault for confirming and not seeing any physical flight details but I thought it might be one of those mystery websites which allocates you random flights and let’s you know after booking. Suffice to say I had to fork out another £300 doubling the initial cost of the holiday and sort of defeating the object of a spontaneous last minute birthday present for my partner. I will use the website again, the deals are good however only when booked a long time in advance. I checked on the actual hotels website for the same holiday and it didn’t have the same amount of days available for the exact dates but searching give or take one day it didn’t prove to be much of a saving with the hotel rooms actually being cheaper direct and the offer making it sound as though you were being upgraded to full board for free but really you were just paying for it. Will see how the holiday goes, hope it is as great as it looks!!
