  Products are great quality. It’s a bit difficult to get the right size. I ordered a dress size of 4-6 years old for my 5 year old daughter. It was small, I should have ordered one size bigger. My daughter is 115sm. The order arrived to Brussels, Belgium in 3 weeks (the order was send in a week and it took two weeks to reach me). I am happy with the quality and will order again.

  The experience of designing my own leotard, and the end result are 5 stars, very good. But the delivery was very messy and slow, not good at all. It seemed TNT was delivering on the expected date, but at the last minute it changed to the criptic "scheduled delivery pending". I was patient for a week, and then tried to contact Wear Moi. No answer, the phone number didn't work. TNT informed me they never received the package in the first place. In the end, I got a message from Wear Moi that they would contact the factory, and would let me know what was wrong. Then, without warning or any updates, the package arrived. So it felt messy, and the communication was very poor. I'm used to emails telling me when my order is delayed.

  My daughter loves these leotards and costumes Fits well, great quality and gorgeous colour. Delivery was an issue this time. Placed the order with a dispatch date given. Almost a week after this date the order was still saying it was waiting to be processed. Two emails, and a few more day later I received a reply to say it was being dispatched that day. Arrived literally hours before the costume was needed. Never hat this problem before when ordering from Wearmoi.

  Overall experience with Wear Moi web store is good. However, I don't really like the courier what they are using on Finland. The quality of the courier service is really terrible. It doesn't meet at all consumer needs for today. The delivery service is rude, they don't offer time estimation when the delivery is done and they don't offer pick up places. I wish they would use some different courier.

  Very pleasant experience. The products exceeded my expectations and when there was an issue with the shipping company, which was outside of WearMois control, I called their customer service. The young woman there was very friendly and got back to be with an update after less than an hour. Their products have not disappointed on quality either, no rippling with my tights either. I have also found their rewards program to be very generous. I would fully endorse this company.

  Excellent service! I had a problem with FedEx/TNT delivery to Luxembourg and Wear moi fixed it for me perfectly. They sent my package again with a different delivery service and I this time everything went smoothly. They replied very fast to my emails and found a solution that worked best for me! Very happy :)
