Verified reviewSince half april I’m trying to order a jacket. I actually ordered twice the same order due to the following. For now, both orders are transported but as soon as they arrive in my hometown, I receive a message that they’re transported back to DressInn. I also receive emails that I can pick it up but when I arrive at the pickup point, the package is not in the locker which it’s very stressful and Very dissapointing so I immediately called the transporter DPD. They say both packages were sent back. Ok… Long story short; I don’t know where both packages are ( T & Trace on DressInn app is not working), I paid for 2 jackets, received none and am still waiting for refunds. Not a good experience and will probably no longer order @ DessInn, pity!

Verified reviewThe goods took a week to arrive having paid £7 for postage. As the item didn’t fit my grandson and I have to return it, it the cost me another £11.49 to return. So £18.49 for nothing. Be warned if you intend to purchase from this company!!!
