We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed. In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers. Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product. On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice. We have taken your comments into account and have forwarded them to the relevant department in order to continuously improve and take measures to improve the quality of our services as well. Verified reviewI was dubious about ordering after all the recent negative reviews but happy to say it turned up a week later. The only issue was a pair of jeans I ordered were cropped but there was no mention as such on the listing. It would be too much effort to send them back so I'll resell.
