Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. Verified reviewWARNING TO UK CUSTOMERS - I was charged £10.99 to return some trainers that didn't fit. There is nowhere on the website citing this cost to UK customers. The only reference made about the cost to return items is 7.99 Euros, which is the equivalent of £6.50. And I was charged £5.99 for delivery in the first place so wasn't expecting a rip-off £10.99 to return. I ended up paying almost £17 for nothing. I feel totally misled. If you live in the UK don't risk buying something from DressInn unless you are certain you won't need to return it.
