Verified reviewAlthough the order arrived within a reasonable time, I found the comms poor - loads of information that basically said it might take a while, it might have been delivered to neighbours if not in, wait up to 10 days before raising a query, etc., etc. It made me doubt the customer service as all the onus seemed to be on me to find out what was happening rather than the company. As it happened, the delivery was prompt and the goods were as described, but if there had been a problem I’m not confident it would have easily been resolved.
