Verified reviewI would not buy from this online store again because the cost to return one item was £11.49!! Also I made an enquiry to the customer service team because their refund portal wasn’t working correctly and I’ve had no reply in 36 hours. The item I wanted to return didn’t match the description but when I put that as a reason to return their system couldn’t process it however when I changed the reason to a fee paying return it surprisingly could!

Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. In that case we always need pictures of the received item and once approved by the returns department a free shipping label is issued.
