Firstly my order #39457914 placed on 04.06.2023 had to be delivered by 08.06.2023 according to the shop information. Actually, it was really late, however DressINN customer service wrote me that everything goes according to the land and It's going to be alright. I didn't receive my order in time, so I went on my vacation without the new bag. During my vacation, I asked my friend to pick up the order which was finally delivered on 13.06.2023. It means that your logistics department works really badly. When I returned home and got my new backpack from the sealed foil, I noticed several manufacturing flaws: - a stick-out thread in the new item of the brand is unacceptable - the middle zipper stitch look really weak because its nonsymmetric and crooked - in the very middle of the bottom zipper there's a grey spot which is difficult to catch by my camera, but it really looks like a dirt or an oil dot. Since It's in the very middle of the item, It could be the machining fault. I'm really about to return this item back. But I still consider buying one somewhere. I'm just not sure If your shop is capable to provide the backpack with appropriate quality. Looking forward to getting your reply.
